★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço pilates há mais ou menos seis anos, sendo os três últimos com a Débora. O pilates trabalha força, equilíbrio e flexibilidade, porém depende da dedicação do profissional que o ministra. Já passei dos cinquenta anos, trabalho o dia inteiro sentada, tenho artrose na coluna lombar... Posso garantir que adquiri qualidade de vida como resultado do empenho e dedicação dessa incansável profissional que de minha parte só merece elogios...
I've been doing Pilates for about six years, the last three being with Débora. Pilates works on strength, balance and flexibility, but it depends on the dedication of the professional who teaches it. I'm over fifty, I work all day sitting, I have arthrosis in the lumbar spine... I can guarantee that I acquired quality of life as a result of the commitment and dedication of this tireless professional who, on my part, only deserves praise...

Em Mogi das Cruzes recomendo o Zen Way e o Studio Patrícia Marques, lá vc encontra profissionais responsáveis e decentes, coisa que não tem no Estúdio Energy, me refiro exclusivamente ao fisioterapeuta Alan, infelizmente não conheço a Débora. Assim espero que o Alan aceite minha crítica e possa evoluir no seu serviço de Fisioterapeuta e oferecer algo melhor para seus atuais e futuros clientes, alunos ou pacientes.
O fisioterapeuta e dono do estúdio, Alan, eh o tipo de pessoa que não tem o mínimo respeito por quem frequenta o estúdio. Ele vai no estúdio apenas com objetivo de descansar, usar Internet e olhar celular, não tem disposição para ajudar nos exercicios, em outras palavras, gosta de ganhar dinheiro na moleza. Fiz algumas aulas com ele e desisti, decidi procurar um profissional de verdade. As pessoas que elogiam ele são aquelas que infelizmente nunca frequentaram outro estúdio e assim não conseguem fazer uma comparação e uma avaliação consciente.

In Mogi das Cruzes, I recommend Zen Way and Studio Patrícia Marques, there you will find responsible and decent professionals, something that is not available at Energy Studio, I refer exclusively to the physiotherapist Alan, unfortunately I don't know Débora. So I hope Alan accepts my criticism and can evolve in his Physiotherapist service and offer something better for his current and future clients, students or patients.
The physiotherapist and owner of the studio, Alan, is the type of person who has no respect for anyone who attends the studio. He goes to the studio just to rest, use the Internet and look at his cell phone, he has no disposition to help with the exercises, in other words, he likes to make money on the cake. I took some classes with him and gave up, I decided to look for a real professional. The people who praise him are the ones who unfortunately never went to another studio and thus are unable to make a conscious comparison and evaluation.
