★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer a sobrancelha, mas a atendente beliscou tanto, mas tanto, que minha palpebra ficou toda inchada e machucada.
Essa primeira vez foi gratuita, com o intuito de conhecer o espaco, porem como nada é de graça, a recepcionista ficou me empurrando todos os servicos, nao parava de falar, e ainda me botando defeito, para que eu comprasse algum servico deles. Pessimo.
Nunca mais e nao recomendo.

This first time was free, in order to get to know the space, but as nothing is free, the receptionist kept pushing me all the services, she kept talking, and still putting me off, so that I could buy some service from them. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa não faz atendimento avulso, apenas por pacote, o qual recomendo a compra apenas se você tiver certeza do que está adquirindo, pois se tiver cancelar o mesmo terá muita dor de cabeça para receber o valor devido.
Contratei um pacote de serviços e optei por cancelar o mesmo pois apenas o primeiro atendimento foi satisfatório, os outros dois não.
Realizei o cancelamento em 03/03 e aguardei o prazo já bem expressivo de 60 dias para receber o reembolso do valor pago, mas estou desde 03/05 tentando receber o mesmo e a cada momento vem uma história. Primeiro tentaram prorrogar o pagamento para 18/06, entrei em contato com a ouvidoria que me informou que o pagamento seria realizado em 14/05. No dia 17/05 eu ainda sem receber o mesmo fui informada que o estorno foi feito nesta data no meu cartão de crédito, informação que em nenhum momento me foi dada e que não consta em contrato, mesmo eu tendo informado dados bancários na carta de cancelamento, e ainda disseram que não possuem o comprovante para me enviar, logo continuo na saga para ter o meu dinheiro devolvido.

I carried out the cancellation on 03/03 and waited the already expressive period of 60 days to receive the refund of the amount paid, but I am since 05/03 trying to receive the same and every time comes a story. First they tried to extend the payment to 06/18, I contacted the ombudsman who informed me that the payment would be made on 05/14. On 05/17 I still did not receive the same, I was informed that the refund was made on this date on my credit card, information that was never given to me and that is not in the contract, even though I informed bank details in the letter of cancellation, and even said that they do not have the receipt to send me, so I’m still in the saga to have my money returned.

A gerente Letícia, que é a simpatia em pessoa, está sempre super disposta a fazer o melhor plano. Pensa numa pessoa paciente e dócil! Impossível sair do Estúdio sem comprar mais um pacote com ela viu rsrsrs! Ops nao deixar meu beijo é super carinho para as lindas recepcionistas que já me recebem com aquele mega sorrisão e um café bem quem quentinho!
How I love this place! Delicious, cozy and super organized space .... but surely the difference is the girls !!!! Thami is a love! Super dedicated, attentive, helpful professional and his works are impeccable, I love his eyebrow designer and permanent eyelashes, I always look beautiful !!!! The manager Letícia, who is the friendliness in person, is always super willing to make the best plan. Think of a patient and docile person! Impossible to leave the Studio without buying another package with her! Oops, not letting my kiss is super affection for the beautiful receptionists who already welcome me with that mega smile and a very warm coffee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente desorganizados, fazem venda casada dos serviços sem ter um profissional para realmente avaliar a cliente. Fiz a troca de um pacote de microaguhamento que nao gostei, por aplicações de acido e ILP, comecei a fazer as sessoes e hoje, com o horário agendado, simplesmente a gerente disse que nao encotrou a troca feita e nao pude dar continuidade ao tratamento que ja iniciei, só perdi o dinheiro investido, sem falar do meu tempo no local.
Desorganização, insatisfação total, outras vezes fui fazer design de sobrancelha, fiz o agendamento por whatsapp e cheguei la nao tinha nada marcado ou ainda agendado com outro profissional.
Mesmo serviço em outros lugares, com qualidade e preços justos.
Nunca mais!!

I exchanged a microneedle package that I didn't like, for acid and ILP applications, I started to do the sessions and today, with the scheduled time, the manager simply said that she didn't find the change made and I couldn't continue the treatment that already started, I just lost the money invested, not to mention my time on site.
Disorganization, total dissatisfaction, other times I went to do an eyebrow design, I made the appointment via whatsapp and I arrived there I had nothing scheduled or even scheduled with another professional.
Same service elsewhere, with quality and fair prices.
Never!!
