Fui até a loja trocar minha nota fiscal que estava com CPF FANTASMA para que eu pudesse participar da promoção do shopping e o gerente disse que não podia fazer nada que aquele era o procedimento da loja (mesmo tendo eu, solicitado a nota sem CPF). Depois de muita discussão e de ter insinuado que eu estava mentindo na frente de todos os funcionários da loja e do suporte da promoção, eles pegaram meu CPF para TENTAR resolver meu caso. Uma hora depois pediram pra eu voltar na loja e me deram a nota correta, ou seja, perdem o cliente e distratam as pessoas a troca de nada. O atendimento desta loja é uma vergonha, além desta prática de CPF fantasma ser irregular.
Store manager extremely unprepared and rude. I went to the store to change my invoice that was with FANTASMA CPF so I could participate in the promotion of the mall and the manager said that I couldn't do anything that was the store's procedure (even if I asked for the invoice without a CPF). After much discussion and insinuating that I was lying in front of all the store staff and the promotion support, they took my CPF to TRY to solve my case. An hour later they asked me to go back to the store and they gave me the correct note, that is, they lose the customer and cancel people in exchange for nothing. The service of this store is a shame, and this practice of phantom CPF is irregular.
