★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato por telefone, fiz um orçamento com o vendedor Santiago. Queria fechar a minha compra com agilidade e o vendedor garantiu o envio por email no mesmo dia. O email nunca chegou.
Liguei 3 vezes na loja para receber o orçamento. Nenhum funcionário se dispunha a resolver a questão " orçamento".
No dia seguinte, fui cedinho na loja e a mesma questão, quando me identifico com meu CNPJ a cotação era do tal vendedor. Chamam o gerente para saber se eu posso ser atendida. Falam com supervisor 01 e depois com o 02. Encaminharam um funcionário que não sabe o que é um trilho eletrificado. É nítido a falta de treinamento: eram 8h, a loja aberta, e todos com seus pãezinhos e cafezinhos na mão. Notei que isto era mais importante que atender quem queria comprar, pagar e ir embora.
Senti dó do senhor que tentava achar os produtos no computador . Ao invés de digitar os códigos no computador, ele se confundia com o teclado rebaixado e digitava no teclado do telefone... Ele ainda me disse que meu orçamento não tinha sido salvo...ou seja como é que uma Etil ainda está de portas abertas?
I got in touch by phone, I made a quote with the seller Santiago. I wanted to close my purchase quickly and the seller guaranteed delivery by email on the same day. The email never arrived.
I called the store 3 times to receive the quote. No official was willing to resolve the "budget" issue.
The next day, I went to the store early and the same question, when I identify with my CNPJ the quotation was from that seller. They call the manager to find out if I can be assisted. They speak to supervisor 01 and then to 02. They sent an employee who does not know what an electrified rail is. The lack of training is clear: it was 8 am, the store was open, and everyone had their rolls and coffee in their hands. I noticed that this was more important than serving those who wanted to buy, pay and leave.
I felt sorry for the man who tried to find the products on the computer. Instead of typing the codes on the computer, he would get confused with the recessed keyboard and type on the phone keyboard... He even told me that my budget had not been saved...or so how is it that an Etil still has doors open?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei na loja para fechar negócio. Levou uma hora para o atendente fazer meu orçamento pois o " sistema estava lento". O orçamento estava R$500,00 acima das concorrentes . Perguntei se cobriam oferta. Atendente me disse que sim e solicitou envio dos orçamentos, o que fiz prontamente. O gerente foi chamado de após mais 25 minutos, retornou com um orçamento R$200,00 acima das concorrentes....
Ou seja, 1h30min desperdiçados nesse poço de lentidão chamado Etil
PS: durante o atendimento o atendente ainda solicitou uma "pausa" para tirar uma foto com.outros membros da equipe
