Na minha opinião a relação custo/benefício é imbatível se comparado à oficinas especializadas. Levo meus carros, um 2010 e outro 2011, e estou 100% satisfeito.
Osten gets exceptional service, far better than average BMW dealerships in general, from the entire team.
In my opinion, the cost/benefit ratio is unbeatable compared to specialized workshops. I take my cars, one 2010 and the other 2011, and I'm 100% satisfied.
