★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de anos e anos, no mesmo horário de volta do Tietê para Mairiporã, a empresa resolveu retirar, o último ônibus de volta quer era as 23:00 hora, e colocar pra 21:00 hora, ou seja quem tem compromisso até às 22:00 hora, faculdade ou algo do tipo terá que se virar pra sair cedo para não perder o ônibus, não ficar na rua isso é ridículo tem que continuar com o mesmo horário, e outra coisa os ônibus tem vaga pra cobrador, porque tiraram os cobradores e o motorista, tem que fazer, as duas funções, uma vez , eu estava indo pra franco da rocha o motorista foi cobrar a passagem de uma passageira o ônibus, saiu um pouco da pista e o ônibus estava em uma curva, ou seja a empresa quer colocar a vida do motorista e dos passageiros em risco só para lugar mais, mais dinheiro e menos dispensa com funcionários, isso é um absurdo !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 04 de março de 2022 estou escrevendo para atualizar sobre a situação da etm, particularmente a linha 049, está cada vez pior, com atrasos e intervalos irregulares, todos os dias após das 17 :00hrs, a linha fica completamente cheia, ônibus lotado sem condições nem de entrar, fora a questão dos motorista irresponsáveis que são tudo "barbeiro", com intervalos de 20 minutos antigamente era um sufoco, com 30 minutos então é inviável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, utilizo a linha 049 - Mairiporã/Franco da Rocha, ônibus insuficiente para atender a demanda da linha, ônibus sempre lotados, não existe respeito aos horários e quando estão muito atrasados deixam passageiros nós pontos.
Enfim, sofremos com o péssimo atendimento e não temos nenhuma perspectiva de melhora!
Terrible company, I use line 049 - Mairiporã/Franco da Rocha, insufficient bus to meet the demand of the line, buses always crowded, there is no respect for schedules and when they are too late they leave passengers at points.
