Fui até lá, fui bem recebido, recuperarei meus documentos e até o dinheiro que estava na carteira. Eles tem um lago de carpas incríveis. Parabéns pela honestidade dos funcionários. Muito boa prestação de serviços.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma empresa horrível não cumprir seus horários principalmente o ônibus do quilômetro 30 da linha 260 toda vez no horário que mostra no Google Maps ou no site da empresa e ele vai passar 8:40 ele nunca passa pessoas dizem que quando ele tá na última viagem e ele leva o último passageiro até o retorno do Parque da Aldeia ali mesmo ele já faz o retorno e se desloca para garagem não vai até o km 30 não há fiscalização o fiscal atar Deus Dará abandonado muita responsabilidade de fiscais da linha de ônibus e os motoristas tão fazendo o que quer e prejudicando pessoas que tem que trabalhar eu pegava ele toda vez nesse horário das 8:40 como mostra no Google Maps mas infelizmente agora só passou das 8 horas ou das 9 horas em diante ou eu tenho que chegar uma hora mais cedo do serviço ou eu tenho que chegar uma hora atrasado nunca mais cheguei no horário

Já realizei a reclamação por telefone mas gostaria de deixar registrado aqui. Hoje às 15 h11 ao embarcar no ônibus sentido Novo Horizonte (ônibus 111 carro 182) o motorista ao fechar a porta começou a reclamar falando que eu deveria avisar que ia entrar fez isso por 3 vezes, tanto que fiquei tão constrangida com todos me olhando que pedi para descer. Acredito que todos devem ser tratados com repeito, coisa que não aconteceu comigo neste momento, estou formalizando essa reclamação para que não aconteça com outras pessoas.
