Iniciei na academia e informei ao professor que tinha uma dor no joelho que foi decorrente a execuções errada nos exercícios em outra academia.
O professor Allan foi SUPER atencioso, mega prestativo, e ao terminar o treino não senti nada no meu joelho.

Excellent gym from the start.
I started at the gym and informed the teacher that I had knee pain that was due to wrong executions in the exercises at another gym.
Professor Allan was SUPER attentive, super helpful, and at the end of the training I didn't feel anything in my knee.
