★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não estou satisfeito com p atendimento prestado pela euro Colchoes. Além de ser um produto caro, mas de qualidade superior , tive a infelicidade de receber um produto com defeito. Liguei no suporte e fui informado que será feito um reparo (?????) , que para mim soa como “remendo”. Paguei caro e não aceito este tipo de comportamento desta empresa . Além de tudo não agradei da cor e a vendedora se prontificou de resolver, e veio esta notícia do “reparo”!!
Nao posso aceitar a manutenção de um produto relativamente caro. Prefiro a troca , pois conforme dito anteriormente a vendedora, não fiquei satisfeito também com a cor.
Percebi que a empresa tem o hábito de não responder e-mails ,Mas mesmo assim manifesto aqui meu descontentamento com a postura da empresa em “remendar “ um produto que chegou com defeito . Espero que a empresa tenha a hombridade de resolver melhor toda esta situação para assim evitar transtornos futuros tanto para mim quanto para a empresa

I am not satisfied with the p care provided by the Euro Colchoes. In addition to being an expensive product but of superior quality, I had the misfortune to receive a defective product. I called the support and was informed that a repair will be done (?????), which to me sounds like a "patch". I paid dearly and I do not accept this kind of behavior from this company. In addition to everything I did not like the color and the seller came to resolve, and came this "fix" news !!
I can not accept the maintenance of a relatively expensive product. I prefer the exchange, because as previously said the seller, I was not satisfied with the color.
I noticed that the company has a habit of not responding to emails, but I still express here my displeasure with the company's stance on "mending" a product that arrived defective. I hope that the company has the manliness to solve this whole situation better in order to avoid future disruptions for me and for the company
