★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um colchão no início de dezembro e até hj não me entregaram. Já marcaram a entrega 3x e não entregam por várias desculpas. Não me dão nenhum suporte e acabo que fico refém deles, pois paguei a vista e tenho urgência na entrega pois estou dormindo no chão.
Um desrespeito com o consumidor!!! E o pior, sem previsão de entrega!
 I bought a mattress in early December and until today I was not given. They have already scheduled the delivery 3x and do not deliver for several excuses. They give me no support and I end up being held hostage by them, because I paid the view and I have an urgent delivery because I'm sleeping on the floor.
A disrespect for the consumer !!! And the worst, with no expected delivery!

Voltei com a minha família e fomos recebidas da mesma forma. Muito solícito e prestativo, o Fernando nos atendeu com muito carinho e explicou tudo de novo para a minha mãe. A equipe toda, o Fernando, a Fernanda e o Gustavo trataram a minha família com muito zelo. Ainda conseguiram me dar um desconto e ganhei 2 travesseiros. Além do ótimo atendimento, conseguiram me surpreender com os brindes. Recebi o colchão e confesso que amei. Fazia anos que eu não dormia tão bem assim.
