★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO estrelas pra essa empresa!!!!! PÉSSIMA!!!!! Compramos com o vendedor MARTIN que nos pareceu super confiável e prometeu um sofá maravilhoso, entrega na data, mil promessas. Paguei as duas primeiras prestações no valor de 478,00 e a impermeabilização no valor de 300,00. Porém, como estavam enrolando a entrega, inventando desculpas o tempo todo para o atraso, cancelei a compra. Agora estão me enrolando para devolver o dinheiro que paguei. Quando resolvi colocar minhas reclamações no Instagram para alertar as outras pessoas, fui bloqueada. NUNCA MAIS!!!!!!
 ZERO stars for this company!!!!! BAD!!!!! We bought with the seller MARTIN who seemed to us to be very reliable and promised a wonderful sofa, on-time delivery, a thousand promises. I paid the first two installments in the amount of 478.00 and the waterproofing in the amount of 300.00. However, as they were slowing down the delivery, making excuses all the time for the delay, I canceled the purchase. Now they're tricking me into returning the money I paid. When I decided to post my complaints on Instagram to alert others, I was blocked. NEVER!!!!!!

I bought a bag spring sofa to receive it within 30 days, it arrived today with 23 days and I am super satisfied with my dream sofa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi cancelamento de uma compra loja física e fiz cancelamento conforme fui orientada pelo SAC e o banco estornou a compra em boa fé...porém a empresa diz que a compra é procedente e veio cobrando parcela do pedido no meu cartão de crédito. Vou pagar sem receber o produto. Não consigo contato por e-mail, whatsapp,site..nada. não sei como vou conseguir meu dinheiro de volta. Pior pós venda que já tive.
I asked for the cancellation of a physical store purchase and I canceled it as I was guided by the SAC and the bank reversed the purchase in good faith... but the company says that the purchase is valid and has been charging my credit card for the order. I will pay without receiving the product. I can not contact by email, whatsapp, website..nothing. I don't know how I'm going to get my money back. Worst aftermarket I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se não querem ter dor de cabeça jamais comprem nessa loja, na verdade dei uma estrela porque senão não consiguiria postar, mais não merecem nada. Comprei um sofá no ano passado e até hoje estou aguardando resposta da loja, me entregaram um jogo de sofá cheinho de defeitos e com tamanho totalmente diferente do combinado, ah! e ainda te bloqueiam de todas as formas para que vc não divulgue o péssimo atendimento deles. Vendedora e gerente, bando de enganadores. Se precisam de mais informações pesquisem no reclame aqui, aí saberão a qualificação dessa loja de quinta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência que alguém podia ter, comprei meu sofá em novembro e recebi 3 meses depois. Os vendedores e SAC fazem pouco caso dos clientes e não dão satisfação adequada sobre o que está acontecendo. Além de que comprei o sofá de uma forma e veio de outra, estou perdendo meu dinheiro. Fora as promessas que fazem de brindes devido os acasos e não entregam também. Infelizmente não conseguimos dar 0 estrelas, se não a postagem não acusa. Não comprem nessa loja, muito menos com o vendedor William ! Procurem, são infinitas as reclamações no Reclame Aqui e várias aberturas no Procon.
The worst experience anyone could have, I bought my couch in November and received it 3 months later. Salespeople and customer service pay little attention to customers and do not give adequate satisfaction about what is happening. Besides that I bought the sofa one way and got it another way, I'm wasting my money. Apart from the promises they make of gifts due to chance and don't deliver either. Unfortunately we can't give 0 stars, otherwise the post doesn't accuse. Do not buy from this store, much less from the seller William! Look, there are endless complaints in Reclame Aqui and several openings in Procon.
