★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente péssimo atendimento por parte de uma das atendentes! Uma das atendente ficou fumando quando chegamos ao local e além de nos atender sentada (sem postura alguma e mexendo no celular) fez muito pouco caso!
Como consumidor, não recomendo, pois me senti humilhado!
Resumindo: Nem meia estrela!
Unfortunately bad service from one of the attendants! One of the attendants was smoking when we arrived at the place and besides attending to us seated (without any posture and touching the cell phone) she paid very little attention!
As a consumer, I don't recommend it, as I felt humiliated!
In short: Not even a half star!

Carro em ótimo estado, melhores preços, clareza nas informações e um baita auxílio em situação inesperada quando tocaram na traseira do carro no posto de gasolina a 500m antes de devolvermos. Ane e Jullie são mulheres sensacionais e nos deram todo o apoio e informações que precisamos, Deus abençoe vocês. Não alugaremos carro mais em qualquer outra empresa.
Sensational!!! I went with my boyfriend to São Roque to know the wine route and we need to rent a car at the last minute, we were surprised by the quality of the service provided. Car in great condition, better prices, clarity of information and a huge help in an unexpected situation when they touched the back of the car at the gas station 500m before we return it. Ane and Jullie are amazing women and gave us all the support and information we need, God bless you. We will no longer rent a car from any other company.
