★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 06/01/2021 meu marido viajou na empresa EVA TURISMO de Ipatinga-MG e na volta desta viagem ele esqueceu duas bolsas sem conteúdo dentro do ônibus, no dia seguinte entramos em contato com a empresa que confirmou ter encontrado as bolsas. Porém as bolsas não foram entregues até o momento, não foi por falta de tentativa ligamos inúmeras vezes para o proprietário e pra o guia da empresa. Ambos se comportam da mesma forma passando a responsabilidade de um para o outro e não efetivam a devolução. Agora eles não atendem meus telefonemas e não visualizam as mensagens que encaminho pelo whatsApp. Tomem cuidado quando viajarem com essa empresa!!!
On 06/01/2021 my husband traveled at the company EVA TURISMO in Ipatinga-MG and on the return of this trip he forgot two bags without content inside the bus, the next day we contacted the company that confirmed to have found the bags. However the bags were not delivered so far, it was not for want of trying we called the owner numerous times and the company guide. Both behave in the same way, passing the responsibility from one to the other and do not effect the return. Now they don't answer my calls and don't see the messages I send through whatsApp. Take care when traveling with this company !!!
