★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo em questão de brinquedos Comprei uma lousa para dar de presente para minha irmã paguei quase 60 reais na caixa dizia que vinha um apagador uma caneta daquelas pra lousa de madeira e a lousa quando abri a caixa tive a supresa a caneta que era mais preciso não veio tive que pagar mais 13 reais pra comprar outra isso é revoltante hj fui la fazer uma reclamação porque eu não quero que venha acontecer com outras pessoas o que aconteceu comigo muito revoltante

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tenho uma sugestão: que as vendedoras não fiquem tão "emcima", pois apesar de muito atenciosas não deixam a gente "pensar" para tomar as decisões. A loja é muito boa diversificada, porém, além dos preços elevados não há necessidade de ficarem em cima quando queremos comprar: compramos!.
I only have one suggestion: that the salespeople are not so "high", because despite being very attentive, they don't let us "think" to make decisions. The store is very good diversified, however, in addition to the high prices there is no need to stay on top when we want to buy: we buy !.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos duas calças avulsas e notamos em casa que uma perna era mais curta que a outra, em ambas as peças. Uma rosa é uma cinza. Fomos a loja para troca e, primeiro, o gerente disse que uma estava bem mais curta mesmo, mas a outra só um pouco, querendo nos enrolar. Enfatizamos que as duas estavam com defeito. Porém, para efetuarmos a troca só poderia ser a mesma peça e mesma marca que só tinha da mesma cor. Sugerimos pegar outra peça e abater do valor, mas o gerente reforçou que só poderíamos levar se fosse as duas azuis. Viemos embora com uma calça azul que trocamos o a outra calça com defeito mesmo. Indignados.
We bought two loose pants and noticed at home that one leg was shorter than the other, in both pieces. A rose is an ash. We went to the store for a change and, first, the manager said that one was much shorter, but the other just a little, wanting to wrap up. We emphasize that both were defective. However, to make the exchange it could only be the same piece and the same brand that only had the same color. We suggested taking another piece and reducing the value, but the manager reinforced that we could only take it if it were the two blue ones. We came away with blue pants that we exchanged with other defective ones. Outraged.
