★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está com mais de um mês que esperamos a ligação sobre uma camiseta rasgada que compramos é devolvemos a loja, o gerente informou que teria que mandar para avaliação pq havia um rasgo na camiseta e a marca teria que averiguar.. Estamos aguardando a mais de 1 mês e nenhum respaldo sobre isso..
Deixamos 3 telefones e nada.. Loja péssima, atendimento ruim.
Sandry é uma rede excelente, mais a da rua do shopping Pirituba não indico a ninguém!

We left 3 phones and nothing... Terrible store, bad service.
Sandry is an excellent chain, but the one on Pirituba shopping street I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários fazem um atendimento vip eu nem olho peço o que preciso eles são diretos te entregam na mão. É melhor fazem seu cartão de crédito e você utiliza e paga fácil parcelado ou integral . Nunca mais fico mau vestido dos pés a cabeça impecável.
The employees do a vip service, I don't even look, I ask for what I need, they are direct, they deliver it to you. It is better to make your credit card and you use and pay easy in installments or in full. I never look bad from head to foot again.

Não gosto de vendedoras que só oferecem ajuda, após verem que o cliente está com alguma mercadoria.
Na loja da Lapa tive problemas com uma vendedora que não me atendeu e colocou a venda em seu nome. Quando disse que não achava justo, pois fui atendida por outro rapaz, a vendedora foi muito mal educada e retrucou que sabia o que era justo.
Conversei com o responsável pela loja e solicitei que a venda não fosse computada para tal vendedora e disse que só não formalizaria a reclamação para não prejudicar a funcionária mal educada.

I do not like salespeople who only offer help, after seeing that the customer is with some merchandise.
In Lapa's shop I had problems with a salesperson who did not answer and put the sale in her name. When I said I did not think it fair, because I was attended by another boy, the saleswoman was very rude and said that she knew what was fair.
I talked to the store manager and asked that the sale not be computed for that salesperson and said that it would not formalize the claim so as not to harm the uneducated employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima além de sair da loja totalmente constrangida ,fui até a loja ver algumas blusas e percebi que algumas peças estavam com duas etiquetas com valores diferentes ,quando questionei a funcionária a respeito do qual seria o valor correto ,ela não soube dizer, simplesmente pegou as blusas e ficou cochichando com outra funcionária . Passaram se alguns minutos e lá vem elas dizendo que o valor correto era o maior e que alguém de má índole havia trocado as etiquetas,falei que não tinha nada a ver com a situação e ela logo tirou o valor (menor39,99 ) alegando que só iria vender com o valor maior(79,99).
My experience was terrible, besides leaving the store totally embarrassed, I went to the store to see some blouses and I realized that some pieces had two labels with different values, when I questioned the employee about which would be the correct value, she was unable to say, he simply took the blouses and whispered to another employee. A few minutes went by and they said that the correct amount was the highest and that someone of bad nature had changed the labels, I said that it had nothing to do with the situation and she immediately took the amount (lower 39.99) claiming that it would only sell with the highest value (79.99).
