I am waiting for 14 months to pay insurance for broken items during the move, contacting the company every week. A very bad experience that I did not want for my friends. Hire another company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fez no dia 7 de dezembro do 2017 a mudança com essa empresa e foi o pior que já fez. Tive estragos com ratos no carro y alguma outra incidência que reclamei pelo seguro. Até hoje não consegui nada e já fez quase um ano que chegaram meus bens na Espanha. Foi incrivelmente pésima a minha experiência com eles. Não recomendo não esse empresa!!

He made the change on December 7, 2017 with this company and it was the worst he has ever done. I had damage with rats in the car and some other incident that I claimed for insurance. To date I have achieved nothing and it has been almost a year since my goods arrived in Spain. My experience with them was incredibly bad. I don't recommend not this company !!
I still do not receive insurance return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento comercial inicial foi excelente, a mudança ok, mas na minha terceira mudança já sei que é praticamente impossível não acontecerem avarias. Aí começa o problema. O pós é péssimo! Já concordaram com as avarias, uma delas até já tinham confirmado que iriam pagar, mas ainda estou aguardando desde a mudança em 13 de janeiro. Mais de 2 meses ainda sem solução!
Se avaria é algo muito provavél, é pago o seguro para proteção, uma empresa com esse pós ruim não tem condições. Não recomendo de modo algum!!

The initial commercial service was excellent, the change ok, but on my third change I already know that it is practically impossible for there to be no breakdowns. That's where the problem begins. The powder is terrible! They already agreed with the breakdowns, one of them had already confirmed that they would pay, but I'm still waiting since the change on January 13th. More than 2 months still unsolved!
If breakdown is very likely, protection insurance is paid, a company with this bad post cannot afford it. I do not recommend it at all !!
