★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos a empresa para fazer nossa mudança e digo que foi a pior escolha que eu poderia ter feito!! Para começar marcaram de chegar as 9:30 e chegaram as 13:40 , ninguem avisou nada sobre o atraso, quando os funcionarios chegaram para carregar uma mudança disseram que nao tinham almoçado e tivemos que comprar marmitas para eles , porque do contrario acho que iriam passar mau. Varios itens foram quebrados e daniificados , nao fornecem nota fiscal, tive que ligar varias vezes para a empresa emitir minha nota fiscal um mes apos a mudança, ou seja transportaram minha mudança sem nenhuma nota !! Quanto aos itens quebrados eles tentam se esquivar e ninguem te atende so uma recepcionista que nada resolve , so diz que vai verificar e retornar e que nao tem seguro sobre os itens quebrados e que a responsabilidade nao é deles enfim so tive aborrecimentos e prejuizos , e no dia seguinte quando foram descarregar a mudança mais uma vez precisamos dar dinheiro para os rapazes tomarem cafe da manha porque ainda estavam em jejum !!! Descaso total com os clientes e com os funcionarios !!!
We hired the company to make our move and I say it was the worst choice I could have made!! To begin with, they scheduled to arrive at 9:30 am and arrived at 1:40 pm, no one reported anything about the delay, when the employees arrived to carry a change they said they had not had lunch and we had to buy lunchboxes for them, because otherwise I think they would have a bad time. Several items were broken and damaged, they do not provide an invoice, I had to call the company several times to issue my invoice a month after the move, that is, they transported my change without any note!! As for the broken items, they try to dodge and no one answers you, just a receptionist who doesn't solve anything, she just says that she will check and return and that she doesn't have insurance on the broken items and that it's not their responsibility anyway, I just had annoyance and damage, and the next day when they went to unload the change once again we needed to give money for the boys to have breakfast because they were still fasting!!! Total disregard for customers and employees!!!
