Terrible attendance. I was guaranteed a place in the queue to buy property but prioritized for someone else who arrived later. Total lack of respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente muito educada e atenciosa. Boa disponibilizada para apresentar outras opções de imóveis. O lado ruim como toda imobiliária é a burocracia para realizar uma locação . Taxa cobrada para fazer análise das fichas . O cliente precisa levar os documentos para análise no centro de BH. Por essas burocrasias acabei desistindo de fechar negócio.
Very polite and helpful attendant. Good available to present other real estate options. The bad side like all real estate is the bureaucracy to make a lease. Fee charged for analyzing the files. The client needs to take the documents for analysis at the BH center. For these bureaucracies I ended up giving up on closing a deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burocráticos demais e não fazem o mínimo para facilitar a vida dos locatários. Terceirizam o cadastro e análise de documentos e nos obrigam a pagar a taxa (é reembolsado depois, ok, mas não deixa de ser absurdo a imobiliária nos transferir essa responsabilidade), mas não fazem acompanhamento. Deram 3 dias úteis para eu resolver documentação de 4 pessoas diferentes, enquanto meu processo ficou parado por mais de uma semana, ninguém da imobiliária sabia o que tinha acontecido e quase perdi a oportunidade de locação por causa disso. Como alternativa a essa bendita exigência de fiadores, ofereceram um seguro caríssimo, de mais de 12% do aluguel. Como se não bastasse a infinita documentação, com histórico de crédito, comprovantes de renda e outros, ainda preciso que um terceiro diga que eu vou pagar ou que uma outra empresa de que nunca ouvi falar me cobre um valor absurdo para fazer isso. Experiência péssima, não recomendo.
Too bureaucratic and not doing the least to make life easier for renters. They outsource the registration and analysis of documents and oblige us to pay the fee (is refunded later, ok, but it is still absurd for the real estate to transfer us this responsibility), but do not follow up. I was given 3 business days to resolve documentation from 4 different people, while my process was stalled for over a week, no one at the real estate agency knew what had happened and I almost missed the rental opportunity because of it. As an alternative to this blessed demand from guarantors, they offered very expensive insurance of over 12% of the rent. As if endless documentation, credit history, proof of income, and so on, were not enough, I still need a third party to say that I will pay or that another company I have never heard of covers me an absurd amount to do so. Terrible experience, do not recommend.
