Da primeira vez em que pedimos o hambúrguer, chegou perfeito. O sabor da carne é excelente a entrega foi rápida então a temperatura em que chegou foi realmente perfeita.
Dessa vez o pedido foi totalmente decepcionante. A entrega atrasou mais de 1hr, o pedido chegou frio, o que foi decepcionante. O valor é alto para a frustração que sentimos hoje com o pedido.
Em resumo, não sei se vale arriscar.

The first time we ordered the burger, it was perfect. The meat tastes excellent, delivery was quick so the temperature at which it arrived was really perfect.
This time the order was totally disappointing. Delivery was more than 1hr late, the order arrived cold, which was disappointing. The value is high for the frustration we feel today with the order.
In short, I don't know if it's worth the risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos um hambúrguer e a carne veio crua. Pedimos pra trocar e se recusaram. Pra completar, minha namorada reclamou no WhatsApp, os caras foram muito grossos e bloquearam ela no wpp. Segundos eles, o gerente não estava na loja. Super profissionais, hein! Nunca mais peço.
We ordered a hamburger and the meat came raw. We asked for a replacement and they refused. To top it off, my girlfriend complained on WhatsApp, the guys were very rude and blocked her on wpp. According to them, the manager was not in the store. Super professional huh! I never ask again.
