★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente fui muito bem atendida por duas funcionárias simpáticas e prestativas. Mas quando precisei conversar com a gerente, fiquei impressionada com o descaso. Ela não sabe ouvir o cliente e nem sequer está interessada no que vc quer expor. Péssima a postura dela e Deus me livre insistir em alugar imóvel num lugar em que a gerente não sabe gerenciar nem a própria forma de conversar com um cliente. Conversei com ela em pé, quase gritado, pq nem pra sentar eu fui convidada. Aliás, também não sentaria, pq a postura já é equivocada a começar pelo fato de que NINGUÉM lá dentro usa máscara. A parte triste é que o imóvel me interessava, mas existem vários e vários disponíveis no mercado. Coitado de quem coloca seu imóvel lá pra ser alugado/vendido. Pagam pra ter seus inquilinos tratados com descaso.
Initially I was very well attended by two friendly and helpful employees. But when I needed to talk to the manager, I was impressed by the neglect. She does not know how to listen to the client and is not even interested in what you want to expose. Her posture sucks and God forbid insisting on renting property in a place where the manager doesn't know how to manage or the way to talk to a client. I talked to her standing up, almost shouted, because I wasn't even invited to sit down. In fact, I wouldn't sit down either, because the posture is already wrong to start with the fact that NO ONE in there wears a mask. The sad part is that the property interested me, but there are several and several available on the market. Poor person who puts his property there to be rented / sold. They pay to have their tenants treated neglectfully.
