★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, sair de uma cidade a 700 km pra ser atendida na quarta feira pelo médico germano especialista em coluna. Chegando na clínica 7:30 a secretária me falou que ele mudou o dia de atendimento e eu cara de tacho e ninguém me avisou . Achei um absurdo , falta de respeito com os pacientes.. Pra mim não vai servir mais . Tive que procurar outro médico.
 Horrible, leaving a city 700 km away to be seen on Wednesday by the German spine specialist. Arriving at the clinic at 7:30 am, the secretary told me that he changed the day of care and I looked like a pan and nobody told me. I thought it was absurd, lack of respect for patients.. It won't work for me anymore. I had to look for another doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o acesso à clinica pelos canais de acesso deixa muito a desejar. Entrei em contato pelo telefone fixo e fiquei quase 10min até a ligação cair. Pelo app o sistema apresentava erro. Pelo site, mandava ligar pao fixo ou assar o app e pelo WhatsApp
Unfortunately, access to the clinic through the access channels leaves much to be desired. I got in touch by landline and stayed almost 10 minutes until the call dropped. Through the app, the system had an error. Through the website, I had to call fixed bread or bake the app and WhatsApp

Tentei por telefone... Nem completa a ligação...
Tentei pelo site, advinha? Fora do ar...
WhatsApp.... Só falei com o robô e fiquei mais de três horas esperando retorno... Isso na segunda tentativa, pois na primeira no dia anterior, se desculparam e disseram para eu voltar em outro momento... É mole?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A péssima nota que estou dando é única e exclusivamente pela dificuldade em agendar uma consulta. Tento, desde ontem, sem conseguir. Já tentei o whatsapp, e- mail, telefone fixo, App. Infelizmente, nenhum desses meiome possibilitou o agendamento! Estou decepcionada!
The bad grade I'm giving is solely and exclusively because of the difficulty in scheduling an appointment. I've been trying since yesterday without success. I've tried whatsapp, email, landline, App. Unfortunately, none of these memes made scheduling possible! I am disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para consultas com especialistas em que deve-se passar pela recepção do andar superior não tem nenhum problema. Uma recepcionista atender a demanda sozinha às vezes é mesmo assim não tem constrangimento. Já na recepção de baixo (Guichês 4, 5 e 6) fica quatro pessoas e é uma falta de respeito o tanto que demora.
Quanto ao médico que precisei nada a reclamar um ótimo especialista.
For consultations with specialists, you have to go through the reception on the upper floor, no problem. A receptionist meeting the demand alone is sometimes still without embarrassment. In the downstairs reception (Boxes 4, 5 and 6) there are four people and it is a lack of respect for how long it takes.
As for the doctor I needed nothing to complain about a great specialist.

Médico super profissional, me atendeu super bem, não foi aquela consulta de 20min
Lugar limpo e bem iluminado.
Pontos ruins: em uma das salas de espera, não tem ar condicionado E faz mto calor. E também não gostei quando uma mulher acho que loira baixinha gordinha saiu de uma sala e foi super grossa na frente de todo mundo com a recepcionista que marca ressonância. E tirando que fui atendida quase uma hora atrasada. Se fosse o contrário, queria ver... o atendimento pelo whats app não é dos melhores.

Super professional doctor, he took care of me very well, it wasn't that 20min appointment
Clean and well lit place.
Bad points: in one of the waiting rooms, there is no air conditioning and it is very hot. And I also didn't like it when a woman I think a short chubby blonde walked out of a room and was super rude in front of everyone with the receptionist who marks resonance. And apart from that I was attended almost an hour late. If it were the other way around, I would like to see... the service by whats app is not the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendar horário aqui é uma balela. Chegar no horário é completamente desnecessário, posto que o médico atrasa, a recepção não sabe dar informação, não há uma satisfação ou razão para mais de uma hora de atraso.
A falta de respeito e compromisso com os pacientes é uma coisa deprimente.
Chegamos às 9h04 para a consulta das 9h20 e o médico chamou, às 10h, o paciente das 9h.
É inconcebível uma clínica desse porte não ter controle nem como corrigir essa situação.
Scheduling an appointment here is a joke. Arriving on time is completely unnecessary, as the doctor is late, the reception does not know how to give information, there is no satisfaction or reason for being more than an hour late.
The lack of respect and commitment to patients is a depressing thing.
We arrived at 9:04 for the 9:20 appointment and the doctor called the 9:00 patient at 10:00.
It is inconceivable for a clinic of this size to have no control or how to correct this situation.
