Termino citando um caso específico: eu, avoado que sou, acabei por esquecer de pagar a conta, só me toquei dias após o vencimento quando eventualmente foi realizado o corte da conexão, estava no meio do trabalho e precisava que a internet voltasse o mais rápido possível, então acessei o site no mesmo minuto, paguei por pix e enviei o comprovante pelo WhatsAp, no fim minha conexão estava de volta com velocidade total em menos de 10 minutos, trabalho com tecnologia e sei o quanto ela quando usada com eficiência pode agilizar as coisas, mas ainda assim fiquei muito surpreso com a velocidade para restaurar minha conexão, desde então busco sempre pagar em dia, mas fico tranquilo sabendo que caso me esqueça novamente a Exanet não vai pestanejar em realizar um atendimento rápido e eficiente.

Trabalho em uma gráfica desde 2019 e a demanda é grande, quando estou com um problema consigo resolver pelo canal de atendimento do WhatsApp, a estabilidade é ótima consigo abrir várias paginas ao mesmo tempo e não trava, nesse quesito não deixa a desejar. Sempre que preciso de assistência eles resolvem tudo o mais rápido possível, a internet é de qualidade e não fica oscilando e sempre que faço o teste de velocidade entregam o contratado. Sempre que posso indico aqui no meu prédio, não é a toa que são quase 6 anos como cliente.

Bem, ganhando ou não, acredito que a sinceridade é o melhor instrumento do qual o ser humano pode se valer para promover mudanças genuínas em si mesmo e nos que o rodeiam. Sobre a Exanet, o que tenho a dizer é que se trata de um provedor de internet bacana, com um preço justo (até baixo, se comparado a outros provedores), mas com um atendimento que às vezes fica um pouco aquém do esperado. Exemplo: em certas ocasiões, não atendem o telefone quando ligo; ou então, quando há visita técnica marcada, o problema pode ser o mais urgente de todos, mas não vi haver priorização de um ou de outro cliente por natureza do problema, sempre se resumindo a seguir a ordem cronológica dos agendamentos. Acredito que uma rede de comunicação mais eficaz, bem como uma maior atenção à urgência de certas demandas de atendimento pode fazê-la ser de fato um provedor 5 estrelas. Contudo, para mim, ainda é 4 estrelas. E com méritos! Realmente gosto da Exanet, tanto que estou com ela há anos e não pretendo deixá-la. Portanto, se for pra ganhar um mês de internet grátis, que seja através de um depoimento sincero e genuíno, com críticas construtivas.

However, for me it is still 4 stars. And with merit! I really like Exanet, so much so that I've had it for years and don't plan on leaving it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tinha internet OI desde 2011, nunca tive problemas, mas esse ano no mês de Março fiquei 11 dias sem internet e no mês de Abril fiquei 20 dias sem internet, nesses 20 dias a Oi sempre informava que o técnico estava vindo e isso nunca acontecia, não conseguia falar com nenhum atendente, apenas com a inteligência artificial , então cancelei a OI e assinei com a Exanet por indicação de um amigo, desde então não tenho problema , no dia 14 de Maio fiquei sem internet mas com menos de 03 horas já havia um funcionário da empresa no meu prédio. Fiquei impressionado com a rapidez do atendimento, coisa de primeiro mundo. Sou cliente há pouco tempo mas estou bem satisfeito com a empresa.
