★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Nunca fui tão mal atendida. Primeiro liguei tiraram o telefone do gancho e não falaram nada me deixaram na espera gastando crédito. Retornei e que arrependimento a moça que me atendeu realmente mostrou que eles estão lotado e minha impressão de 60 folhas coloridas não era importante. Era cliente pq meu marido trabalha próximo e ele que ia até aí. Agora depois dessa minha experiência nunca mais.
PS. Apesar da resposta da papelaria quero salientar que a atendente nem perguntou a quantidade de folha nem o prazo. Ou seja não tinha como determinar se haveria tempo ou nao.Ela simplesmente mandou mandar msg no whats app. Sendo q nem todo mundo tem acesso a internet em horário de trabalho.
Terrible attendance. I've never been so poorly attended. First I called, they took the phone off the hook and didn't say anything, they left me waiting and spending credit. I returned and what regret the girl who attended really showed that they are full and my impression of 60 colored sheets was not important. I was a client because my husband works closely and he used to go there. Now after this experience of mine never again.
PS. Despite the response from the stationery, I want to point out that the attendant neither asked for the quantity of paper nor the deadline. In other words, there was no way to determine if there would be time or not. She simply sent a message on the whats app. Since q not everyone has access to the internet during work hours.

Liguei após as 17hs pois necessitava de um material com urgência. Sabia que era muito difícil alguém fazer delivery naquele horário e entenderia perfeitamente se não pudessem fazer a entrega no final do expediente. Mas o pessoal entendeu minha necessidade e fez o possível para entregar meu material. Recebi tudo certinho antes das 18hs e conseguiu resolver meu problema. O atendimento foi sempre muito bom, mas hoje superou, demonstrando empatia com os clientes. Parabéns!
We always buy from Exata, but today I had a service that exceeded expectations and I would like to evaluate here to register. I called after 17:00 because I needed a material urgently. I knew it was very difficult for someone to deliver at that time and would understand perfectly if they couldn't deliver at the end of the day. But the staff understood my need and did their best to deliver my material. I received everything right before 18 pm and managed to solve my problem. The service was always very good, but today it surpassed it, showing empathy with the customers. Congratulations!
