Falta de compromisso com o cliente, falta de respeito!
Eu pronta para o ensaio, já fora de casa, a fotógrafa me liga DESMARCANDO.
Para remarcar eu tive que entrar em contato várias vezes e ela fazendo o maior pouco caso
No dia do ensaio, um total descaso
E pra entrega das fotos
Cada hora ela dava uma desculpa diferente
E quando entregou DOIS MESES depois do ensaio, para a minha surpresa se alguém tivesse tirado as fotos do pior celular ainda teria sido melhor do que o trabalho dela
Ela é péssima fotógrafa e péssima profissional

And for delivery of the photos
Every hour she made a different excuse
And when she delivered TWO MONTHS after the rehearsal, to my surprise if someone had taken the pictures from the worst cell phone it would still have been better than her job
She is a terrible photographer and a terrible professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Contratei a Juliana para cobrir o aniversário do meu filho no ano passado, com fotos ilimitadas tratadas, vídeo e ensaio fotográfico. Após inúmeras cobranças, entrada de pandemia, etc., finalmente recebi as fotos agora em Outubro, passado 1 ano e 1 mês do aniversário, sendo que, das um pouco mais de 300 fotos recebidas, pouquíssimas se salvam - talvez nem 15 -, já que a maioria não possui sequer foco. Eu tiro melhores fotos com meu celular do que a fotógrafa com câmera profissional. E ainda tenho um ensaio pendente, que, com toda certeza, não irei fazer. Péssimo serviço, péssimo atendimento, a cada hora uma desculpa diferente para a não entrega das fotos. Até agora estou aguardando retorno da fotógrafa sobre a resolução do problema. Uma perda de tempo. O pior é perder as recordações. Realmente uma pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualidade das fotos são pessimas. É melhor tirar do seu celular do que contratar essa empresa. Fora que não tem responsabilidade e não cumpre os prazos tem grande habilidade de dar desculpas e enrolar .
