★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 25/Jul eu e meu namorado fomos na exclusivo planejados para fazer o orçamento dos móveis, passamos a tarde toda montando o projeto e falando sobre valores.
Até aí, tudo ok.
Fizemos o orçamento e saímos com o valor X.
Estávamos apertados por ser final de mês, diversas dividas (quem compra um apto sabe como é, são muitas coisas para pagar e pensar).
Enfim, ficou valor X. Gustavo, o atendente retornou no dia 29/Jul com um "desconto" no orçamento! (Provavelmente estava na loucura para bater sua meta)
Mas não conseguimos fechar por ter outras pendências financeiras do apto.
No dia 17/Ago meu namorado entrou em contato com o atendente Gustavo novamente, falando que conseguimos levantar uma grana e que estávamos interessados em fechar, e aí que tivemos a surpresa, o orçamento estava 2 mil reais a mais. Sim, 2 mil.
Segundo o Gustavo, foi "reajuste de fábrica" rs
Ele informou que poderia ter reajuste, mas assim, em menos de um mês a fábrica aumentou tudo isso?
Cliente deve ter cara de trouxa para eles, porque não é possível, em menos de um mês ter o reajuste de 2 mil reais.
Sabe o quanto trabalhamos para ter 2 mil reais a mais? Não somos idiotas! Trate quem quiser assim, menos seus clientes.

Descaso total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento só foi muito bom na hora de vender os móveis, depois disso o pesadelo começa, assinatura de projeto final deles da até medo, tem uma mulher chamada Cirlene que é a responsável por essa parte, e acredito que ela ganha comissão em cima do que ela conseguir tirar a mais do cliente neste momento pós venda, Não fiz nenhuma alteração no meu projeto, ela me cobrou mais de 3000 só por ter aberto o meu pedido no promob, da para acreditar? Depois de um desconforto enorme e muitas brigas com a exclusivo, consegui retirar essa cobrança abusiva, pois bem, assinei meu projeto final, me entregaram meus móveis no prazo, mas faltando um monte de coisas, alegaram que a cor que eu tinha escolhido estava em falta no mercado que é a Blazer, por causa da pandemia, até aí tudo bem, mas vieram outras duas cores faltantes, uma no quarto de solteiro,e a cor preta da minha cozinha, resumindo, montaram partes dos meus móveis e outras partes ficaram faltando, agora lá vai eu, arrumar mais um monte de briga com esse pessoal pra ver se as minhas coisas chegam antes de eu casar, e se montam as minhas coisas antes de eu casar.
Pontos positivos:
* Montadores experientes e cuidadosos, também pudera, são terceirizados.
Pontos negativos:
* Péssimo pós vendas
* Atendimento Cirlene horrível
* Desorganização na parte logística
* Falta de honra com a palavra e com o contrato
Resumindo - Preço elevado para um atendimento e serviço péssimo, se puderem fechar com outro fornecedor, vão até pagar mais barato e terem um serviço bem melhor talvez.
Dica - Coloquem tudo o que acharem interessante no contrato, pois ganhei minhas dobradiças slow (fecham lentamente) em todos os cômodos no ato da compra, quando eu fui assinar o projeto final, colocaram apenas na minha cozinha.

* Disorganization in the logistics part
* Lack of honor with the word and the contract
In short - High price for a bad service and service, if they can close with another supplier, they will even pay cheaper and have a much better service perhaps.
Tip - Put everything you find interesting in the contract, because I won my hinges slow (they close slowly) in every room at the time of purchase, when I went to sign the final project, they only put it in my kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propaganda totalmente enganosa. me venderam uma "promoção" que falava "monte sua casa por R$10.000", paguei 30% do valor, depois disso foi um pesadelo. fui fechar o projeto, tudo que eu mudava era o triplo do valor. Fui totalmente enganada e extorquida. Depois começou a enrolaçao pra entregar, depois nunca tinham horário pro montador ir. veio um monte de peças faltando, portas erradas. daí mais 45 dias de espera, 3 meses pra terminarem a cozinha. Nunca tem horário pra atenderem. Me extorquiram, tratam o cliente super mal, totalmente insatisfeita, não tem qualquer respeito pelo sonho de alguém. se eu pudesse dizer pra quem está pesquisando móveis planejados, NÃO faça na EXCLUSIVO, foi o pior erro que cometi. Péssima empresa, péssimo atendimento. Alias só fui bem atendida 1x. Quando o vendedor JHONNY me vendeu uma enganação, ele fui super simpático. O meu sonho de planejados do meu apartamento virou um pesadelo. No fim só fizeram minha cozinha, dos 10.000 pagos só deu pra fazer a cozinha. Fui enganada, extorquida, entregaram fora do prazo, pecas faltando, nunca tinham horário pra virem montador, péssimo em tudo. TOTALMENTE INSATISFEITA. NÃO INDICO. NÃO FAÇAM MÓVEIS NESSA EMPRESA, POIS NÃO TEM QUALQUER RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, fizeram eu pagar a vista em Nov/2020, montaram somente em Jun/2021.
Tive vários e vários problemas, tampão dos móveis veio faltando, as corrediças das gavetas estão fazendo a gaveta voltar sozinha, mal acabamentos nas montagens, ainda que vieram consertar.
Mas o pior de tudo foi o cabideiro que eu uso para colocar roupa social, é impossível tirar uma roupa que não fique amassada, deixaram muito baixo, e até hoje não resolveram. Quando fui falar com eles, estão me cobrando +250,00 pra arrumar o erro deles. Não tem sentido algum.
Me bloquearam do Instagram deles, tive que pedir pra gerente Ione solicitar que desbloqueiem.
São despreparados, olha, é um barato que sai caro, se tiver disposto a ter possíveis dores de cabeça, fiquem a vontade. Nem os projetistas estão preparados para trazer satisfação dos clientes.
