★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante... um simples questionamento ou qualquer outra demanda demora tanto a ser respondida ou resolvida que a impressão que tenho é que os "profissionais" do atendimento ao locatário são inacessíveis... informações inconsistentes, relatório de vistoria errado, muita má vontade no atendimento - são algumas das experiências que tenho tido com a Expande. Em compensação, a cobrança do aluguel vem quase 1 mês adiantada! Pense bem antes de fechar negócio com eles, certamente vc irá se arrepender caso precise deles para resolver qualquer problema.
Disappointing... a simple question or any other demand takes so long to be answered or resolved that the impression I have is that the "professionals" of the tenant service are inaccessible... inconsistent information, wrong inspection report, a lot of ill-will in the customer service - are some of the experiences I have had with Expande. On the other hand, the rent collection comes almost 1 month in advance! Think carefully before closing a deal with them, you will surely regret it if you need them to solve any problem.
