★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, mandei fazer capas de livro fiscal, entreguei o modelo a ser usado e o pessoal, por 3 vezes erraram e tiveram que refazer o livro, além disso não entregaram no prazo, fazendo realizar inúmeras viagens perdidas. Corri o risco de não cumprir o prazo de entrega dos livros na receita Estadual e por isso ser multado.
Experaí, acredito que deva vim do fato deles deixarem o cliente esperando, esperando sem prazo. Péssimo experiência, péssimo atendimento, não recomendo a ninguém.
I had to make tax cover books, I gave the template to be used and the staff, 3 times I went wrong and had to redo the book, besides they did not deliver it on time, making countless trips lost. I ran the risk of not meeting the deadline for delivery of the books in the State revenue and so be fined.
Experaí, I believe that I came from the fact that they left the client waiting, waiting without deadline. Terrible experience, lousy service, would not recommend to anyone.
