★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento, ótimo serviço, mas essa mudança de local foi terrível, vocês tinham um ponto que era coringa para toda cidade e sempre que ligar vou reclamar da mudança nunca fui fazer nenhum pagamento pois a distância é inviável, mas adoro o serviço, nunca deixam a desejar.
 Great service, great service, but this change of location was terrible, you had a point that was wild for every city and whenever I call I will complain about the change I never made any payment because the distance is not viable, but I love the service, they never let to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, falta de compromisso, só atendem em horário comercial, se você precisar de assistência a partir das 17:00 já não atendem, e final de semana a internet dá problema e você não tem a quem recorrer. Dinheiro perdido! Não recomendo.
Lousy service, lack of commitment, they only work during business hours, if you need assistance after 17:00 they are no longer working, and the internet is a problem at the end of the week and you have no one to turn to. Lost money! I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você puder pedir qualquer outra internet, peça. O atendimento deixa a desejar, a internet vive caindo e não tem suporte a noite, até mesmo já cortaram minha internet indevidamente.
If you can ask for any other internet, ask. The service leaves something to be desired, the internet is falling and it has no support at night, even my internet has been hacked unduly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima internet! O pior atendimento que já vi! Pior atendimento via telefone que já vi e os atendentes da loja não sabe responder as dúvidas. A internet cai com excessividade só atende em horários comerciais, e não atende final de semana. Flor aqui se a internet der problema depois das 5 horas não tem mais atendente e se faltar no final de semana você vai passar dois dias sem internet são 70 reais jogados no lixo ! Obrigado Megalink vcs provocam meu ódio!
Lousy internet! The worst service I've ever seen! Worst phone service I've ever seen and the store attendants don't know how to answer their questions. The internet drops with excess only only during business hours, and does not attend the weekend. Flower here if the internet is a problem after 5 o'clock there is no more attendant and if you miss the weekend you will spend two days without internet are 70 reais thrown in the trash! Thanks Megalink you guys provoke my hatred!

Instabilidade (Bem além dos padrões das outras empresas do mercado);
Qualidade de rede horrível (Não entregam o tanto que condiz no contrato);
Desorganização em relação a fios (Fazem de qualquer jeito, de modo a deixar a integridade da fibra óptica comprometida);
Em suma, uma das piores provedoras que existe no mercado de Campina Grande.
Among the countless problems that I can list, I will list only the main technical problems:
Instability (well beyond the standards of other companies in the market);
Horrible network quality (They don't deliver as much as is in the contract);
Disorganization in relation to wires (Do it anyway, in order to leave the integrity of the optical fiber compromised);
In short, one of the worst providers in the market in Campina Grande.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É furada, não contratem. Cai TODO HORA, quando digo todo dia é todo dia mesmo. Acho que eles não precisam dos clientes, pois se precisassem não deixariam isso acontecer. Nesse momento estou mandando mensagem pelos dados móveis adivinhem, a internet caiu. Não contratem é horrível o serviço.
It's bored, don't hire. Falls EVERY TIME, when I say every day is every day. I think they don't need the customers, because if they did they wouldn't let that happen. Right now I'm texting via mobile data, guess what, the internet went down. Don't hire it, the service is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É de lei você ficar sem conexão por alguns minutos durante algumas vezes do dia, piorando ainda mais em finais de semana. Não recomendável pra quem precisa de internet estável (e recebendo PELO MENOS 10% do pacote contratado) durante um bom tempo (ex. jogar, participar de reuniões, aulas, etc.).
It is lawful to be disconnected for a few minutes during some times of the day, making it worse on weekends. Not recommended for those who need a stable internet (and receiving AT LEAST 10% of the contracted package) for a long time (eg playing games, attending meetings, classes, etc.).
