★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente agradável e familiar. Não deixa a desejar e pode ser comparado com qlq fast food grande (McDonald's, Bob's, Burger King...) A instalação é mto organizada e limpa. Fica até tarde e isso favorece e tem serviço de entrega.

Recomendaria pedir para delivery, pois comer no local não foi uma boa sugestão. Entendemos que naquele momento só havíamos nós de clientes, e por isso o ar condicionado só foi ligado naquele instante, o que ficou um ambiente quente. No demais, a batata não muda em nada, como também as bebidas. Sugiro ao invés do suco Dele Valle, experimentassem um suco da marca TIAL, muito mais gostoso.

We understand that at that moment there were only customers, and that's why the air conditioning was only turned on at that moment, which was a hot environment. Otherwise, the potato doesn't change at all, as well as the drinks. I suggest, instead of Dele Valle juice, try a juice from the TIAL brand, much more delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeirar e ultima experiencia, lanche fraco e veio frio, não informam da taxa de entrega, após 1 hora de liguei e perguntei sobre o lanche, informaram que o motoboy buzinou aqui, porém não veio aqui e cobraram taxa de retorno de R$ 3,00. Pessimo, não compro nunca mais.

entrei em contato pelo telefone as 21:45 com o estabelecimento informando q já havia passado o prazo e me informaram q o motoboy já havia saído e estava em uma entrega e a próxima seria a minha. Agora são 22:57 e continuam me informando a mesma coisa q o motoboy está a caminho.
Estabelecimento: Irresponsáveis e mentirosos.

Pedido este que não chegou até agora.. faço contato pelo chat, com o estabelecimento e recebo a resposta de que entrarão em contato com o entregador e mais nada. Tenho certeza de que pra se manter um estabelecimento aberto, se deve, no mínimo se ter profissionalismo e ótimo atendimento ao cliente. Meu pedido já está pago e não recebi e nem irei receber. Simplesmente me disseram que fariam contato com o entregador. Como se eu fosse comer algo preparado a mais de uma hora. Prestação de serviço deve ser algo importante pra que uma empresa sobreviva no mercado. Estou altamente descontente e quero meu dinheiro de volta. Não volto a fazer pedido neste lugar e divulgarei isso para quem quer que seja. boa noite.
