★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Show de bola. Preço justo. Galera honesta e atenciosa. Fui instalar um sonzinho quebra-galho que eu havia comprado em outro lugar, mesmo assim o Thiago fez um ótimo trabalho! Recomendo e voltarei sempre.
 Cool. Fair price. Honest and helpful staff. I went to install a little twig that I had bought elsewhere, even though Thiago did a great job! I recommend it and will always return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cobraram R$ 90,00 para "reparar" o cebolão do meu carro, o serviço executado foi apenas de colocar expirar óleo lubrificante para limpar e desobstruir uma peça. Foi cobrado 30,00 para lixar e lubrificar uma placa de farol, sendo que foi dito pelo funcionário que seria refeita a placa, e no final ainda foi cobrado 60,00 por esse serviço na nota fiscal, só consegui ver quando cheguei em casa. Fui na loja reclamar e foi devolvido R$90,00 pelo proprietário. Não recomendo!
I was charged R $ 90.00 to "repair" my car's onions, the service performed was just to put expiring lubricating oil to clean and unclog a part. 30.00 was charged for sanding and lubricating a headlight plate, and the employee said that the plate would be redone, and in the end 60.00 was still charged for this service on the invoice, I was only able to see it when I got home. I went to the store to complain and R $ 90.00 was returned by the owner. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a referida loja, para fazer uma instalação de um aparelho multimidia e colocação de Insulfilm no meu carro. Moro em Taubaté, distante de SJC, 50 km aproximadamente, como estava na cidade, resolvi fazer o serviço lá mesmo. Quando retornei para minha cidade, percebi que os faróis não estava funcionando, levei em um eletricista de confiança e o mesmo me disse, que o problema estava na instalação errada do multimídia, filmou inclusive o problema. Liguei para a loja informando o ocorrido, enviei TB a filmagem do problema. O mesmo assumiu o erro e disse que todo mundo erra. Tô esperando a fatura do prejuízo para mandar pra ele.
I went to the store, to do an installation of a multimedia device and placement of Insulfilm in my car. I live in Taubaté, far from SJC, 50 km approximately, as I was in the city, I decided to do the service there. I called the store informing what happened, I sent TB to shoot the problem. He made the mistake himself and said that everyone is wrong. I'm waiting for the damage bill to be sent to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido. Fui instruido a não abrir o vidro durante dois dias após a troca do insufilm e me deram a garantia de, se alguma coisa anormal acontecesse, poderia retornar. Tentaram me vender um nova palheta do limpador, mas ok. Uma boa experiência.
Fast service. I was instructed not to open the glass for two days after the insulin was changed and they gave me the guarantee that if something abnormal happened, I could return. They tried to sell me a new wiper blade, but ok. A good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO, nunca levem aqui , vai ter prejuízo e um péssimo serviço de instalação, levei para instalar um kit duas vias, uma potência e farol de milha... Condenaram meu kit duas vias que depois acabei levando para testar e viram que estava bom , (deixaram auto falantes originais). Levei de volta para instalar o kit que não ia ser cobrado, modificar o farol do carro e corrigir barulho do motor, no som.... Falaram que farol ia ficar mais caro, e tinha que trocar cabo RCA (sendo que antes estava sem barulho e só colocou a potência) daí farol ficou mais caro que combinado(precisava de relê), e depois aceitei só RCA, que também mudou de preço e teve que trocar mais coisa... Daí decidi só colocar o kit duas vias que já estava pago... Quando fui retirar falou que usou meus auto falantes para suporte do kit duas vias e tinha perdido eles , não mandou msg pedindo se podia ,pq estava Ruin eles...(mentira que estavam ótimos até então) não reclamei, aceitei perde os auto falantes, não vai fazer falta , mais nunca mais vou lá, se você estiver lendo isso NÃO LEVE SEU CARRO SÃO PIOR TIPO DE COMERCIANTE E PRESTADOR DE SERVIÇO, ACHAM QUE ENGANAM CLIENTE ,perdi dois auto falantes de ótima qualidade , mais eles perderam cliente que ia fazer mais serviço... Aprendam com meu erro, e fujam dessa loja picareta!

I took it back to install the kit that was not going to be charged, to modify the headlight of the car and to correct engine noise, in the sound .... They said that lighthouse was going to be more expensive, and had to change RCA cable (being that before it was without noise and only put the power) of this lighthouse was more expensive than combined (needed relay), and then I accepted only RCA, which also changed the price and had to change more ... So I decided to only put the kit two ways already was paid ... When I went to speak he used my speakers to support the two-way kit and I had lost them, he did not send me a message asking me if I could, because Ruin they were ... (I thought they were great so far) I did not complain, I accepted lost the speakers, it will not be necessary, but I will never go there again, if you are reading this DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR IS THE WORST TYPE OF MERCHANT AND SERVICE PROVIDER, YOU THINK YOU HURT CUSTOMER, I lost two high quality speakers, more they lost customer who was going to do more service ... Learn with my mistake, and run away from this pickpocket!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento. Fiz um serviço de instalar auto falante nas quatro portas e ficou mau encaixado. Tornei em voltar no local para um orçamento que haviam se comprometido em passar no dia seguinte e nao recebi. Uma semana depois liguei para cobrar, a pessoa que atendeu disse que não havia sido com ele a minha solicitação, mas eu insisti com ele, pois ele supostamente e o dono, depois de eu insistir no caso ele veio me falando que ligaram e nao atendi, detalhe, passei o contato comercial justamente para não acontecer isso. Me admiro essa empresa ainda esta ativo com essa postura do proprietario.. que ainda se diz cristao ..vergonha
Terrible attendance. I did a four-door auto-install service and it got badly fitted. I returned on the spot for a budget that they had committed to spend the next day and did not receive. A week later I called to collect, the person who answered said that I had not been my request, but I insisted with him, because he supposedly and the owner, after I insisted on the case he came telling me that they called and did not answer , detail, I passed the commercial contact just to not happen that. I admire this company is still active with this posture of the owner .. who still says Christian .. shame
