★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento do mundo, e olha que eu tento tratar todos que tratam com o público bem.
Atendente do shopping tucuruvi, (ruiva,loira) muito estúpida, sempre estressada, responde muito mal, como se estivesse fazendo um favor. Já a vi debochando de senhoras.
Hoje 19/01 vi um cara passando pano no chão para limpar suco de laranja e passando o pano depois no balcão!
Sempre comia lá, mas me sinto mal tratada quando chego. O atendimento deveria ser melhor. Detalhe comida está vindo fria, o bife parece de miniatura.

Attendant Tucuruvi shopping, (redhead, blonde) very stupid, always stressed, responds badly, as if doing a favor. I've seen you making fun of women.
Today 19/01 saw a guy going cloth on the floor to clean orange juice and passing the cloth after the counter!
Always I ate there, but I feel bad when I get treated. The service should be better. Detail food is coming cold, the steak seems thumbnail.

Atendimento não é bom!
Pedi um contra filé e veio um pedaço muito pequeno de carne fui até o caixa e reclamei, a moça pegou meu prato e levou para o fundo e logo voltou com bife maior, porém está frio cheio de gordura, muito mau passado cheio de sangue e para piorar com gosto de carne quase estragada!
Não indico esse restaurante e sinceramente acho que não deveria estar no shopping!???.
Fiquei com dor no estômago e dor de barriga quase que de imediato ????.
Nota 0. ( COMIDA ESTRAGADA ☠️?☠️ ) vou amanhã reclamar na administração do shopping!

Service is not good!
I ordered a rib eye and a very small piece of meat came I went to the cashier and complained, the girl took my plate and took it to the back and then came back with a bigger steak, but it's cold full of fat, very bad done with blood and to make matters worse with the taste of almost spoiled meat!
I don't recommend this restaurant and honestly I don't think it should be in the mall!???.
I had stomachache and stomachache almost immediately ????.
Note 0. ( SPOILED FOOD ☠️?☠️ ) I'm going to complain to the mall administration tomorrow!

As atendentes te atendem numa má vontade .
Chega ser pecado o desperdício pq joguei a comida fora pq não tinha como comer de tao duro que estava a carne incinerado
Roasted meat noodles with no seasoning sauce..
The attendants serve you unwillingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 6/02/2022 as 15:00 com tanta opção de restaurante escolhe o express grill tinha 2 atendente um rapaz e uma moça, fui atendida pela moça, a qual faltou simpática diálogo, chegando minha vez dei boa tarde e não fui retribuída chamou um garoto na minha frente nem se quer pediu para eu aguarda ou algo do tipo, pulei para o caixa do lado a qual um moço muito bem educado me atendeu.
Isso me deixa intrigada pois trabalho com o público e não sou cobrada por postura e educação.
Bem chateada co o tratamento dessa moça.
Today 6/02/2022 at 15:00 with so much choice of restaurant choose the express grill there were 2 attendants a boy and a girl, I was attended by the girl, who lacked a friendly dialogue, when my turn came I said good afternoon and I was not returned called a boy in front of me didn't even ask me to wait or something like that, I jumped to the cashier next to which a very polite young man answered me.
This intrigues me because I work with the public and I'm not charged for posture and politeness.
Very upset with the treatment of this girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já jantei algumas vezes e era muito bom, mas hoje 01/10/21 fui fazer o mesmo e estava péssimo, carne minúscula, feijão só tinha algo e o atendimento péssimo como o padrão. Acredito que se continuarem assim a vida é curta. Espero daqui uns dias poder mudar a minha avaliação. Observe na foto que o bife tem quase o tamanho da bandeirola de enfeite. Precisam melhorar muito para ficar bom.
I've had dinner a few times and it was very good, but today 10/01/21 I went to do the same and it was terrible, tiny meat, beans only had something and the service was terrible as the standard. I believe that if they continue like this, life is short. I hope in a few days to be able to change my assessment. Note in the photo that the steak is almost the size of the garnish pennant. They need to improve a lot to get well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei e nunca tive problema principalmente por conta do sabor baixo custo do frango a passarinho mas ontem fui almoçar c minha mãe no Shopping Itaquera e pedi no Express Grill o prato de Tilápia q custa 32 reais e não me deixaram trocar as fritas por outra coisa que já não tivesse no prato até então tudo bem e pedi tbm um executivo de frango a passarinho. 2 grandes decepções por estar cheio e terdemorado nem reclamei pq não quis deixar minha mãe triste mesmo pq fazem 2 semanas que meu pai faleceu e quis tirar minha mãe de casa p se distrair... péssima experiência primeiro a lilafia veio seca e um pedaço minúsculo o o preço que pagamos mas o pior foi achar uma pena nojenta no frango executivo já estava no final do prato. Lamentável! N
I always bought it and never had a problem, mainly because of the low cost flavor of the chicken, but yesterday I went to lunch with my mother at Shopping Itaquera and asked at the Express Grill for the Tilapia dish that costs 32 reais and they didn't let me change the fries for something else I didn't have it on the plate until then, it was fine and I also ordered an executive chicken with bird. 2 big disappointments because it was full and it took a while I didn't even complain because I didn't want to make my mother sad even because it's been 2 weeks since my father passed away and wanted to take my mother out of the house to distract himself... bad experience first the lilafia came dry and a tiny piece the price we paid but the worst thing was finding a disgusting feather in the executive chicken was already at the end of the plate. Unfortunate! No

Pedidos que foram feito depois, os clientes retirando antes. Questionei o tempo, ainda me pediram mais entre 10 a 20 minutos.
Terrible attendance. Shopping Internacional de Guarulhos, more than 40 minutes waiting for a dish and nobody knows how to inform.
Orders that were placed later, customers picking up sooner. I questioned the time, they asked me for another 10 to 20 minutes.

Infelizmente, essa rede tem lesado muitos consumidores e parece nem se importar. O que podemos fazer é simplesmente, Não Comprar . Simples.
Express grill at Itaquera mall, be careful when ordering the executive chicken to go. The packaging only has leftover bones and chicken skin.
Unfortunately, this network has hurt many consumers and doesn't seem to care. What we can do is simply, Don't Buy. Simple.
