★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na terça feira fui no Spoleto do shopping metrô Tatuapé porém comprei uma penne Massa dura pouco molho pedir pra trocar rapaz né fez conta falei outra vez ele quis compra outro valor pedir pra troca massa porém cara muito arrogante não quis mas que ele fizesse minha massa outra pessoa fiz fiquei tão chateado não comi. A massa minha filha comeu não sei se volto mas lá pois sou cliente a muito tempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa de novo reestruturação novo Lay Out dos restaurantes as comidas tb q ser mai reduzidas levando se em conta q estamos numa nova fase de empreendedorismo os empresários devem aproveitar para fazer uma boa reforma em tudo. Pois a movimentação de Clientes já não é a mesma de quando do início.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento a pessoa do caixa estava totalmente sem vontade de trabalhar, o prato veio errado e quando minha filha foi trocar ainda ficou questionando, pedimos um prato que não tinha carne porque minha filha é vegetariana e no prato veio bacon. Horrível não recomendo.
Poor service, the cashier was totally unwilling to work, the dish came wrong and when my daughter went to change, she was still questioning, we asked for a dish that had no meat because my daughter is a vegetarian and bacon came on the dish. Horrible not recommend.

The quality is getting worse! No more grated cheese or toast. I wanted to eat at home because of the pandemic and they charged me 4 reais for each pot.
