They don't answer the phone, to talk to them you have to go to the bus station, and still the service is bad. horrible company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível.......pra começar qd entrei no ônibus o ar fraquíssimo e e o banheiro tava fedendo tanto , que fedia o ônibus inteiro. Desci e fui falar com o um homem que estava pegando as passagens pra gente entrar no ônibus, era um bem forte e moreno e ele quase me bateu ..,..muito mau educado...affs nunca entrei em um ônibus tão ruim e com um povo tá sem educação igual essa viação.....
Horrible ....... to begin with when I got on the bus the very cold air and the bathroom was stinking so bad, it stank the whole bus. I went down and went to talk to the one man who was taking the tickets for us to get on the bus, was a very strong and dark and he almost hit me .., .. very rude ... affs never got on a bus so bad and with a people is without education like this road .....

Como cliente de encomenda , pior ainda, tentei contato telefônico com todas as filiais do Pará e do Maranhão , sem sucesso, uma empresa de cargas e encomendas sem nenhum canal de comunicação não deve ser recomendada para ninguém.
On the bus trip, sad experience, trip to forget.
As an order customer, even worse, I tried telephone contact with all branches in Pará and Maranhão, without success, a cargo and ordering company with no communication channel should not be recommended to anyone.

Transportes caindo aos pedaços e "empresa" sem o mínimo de compromisso com os clientes, me arrependo amargamente de ter viajado nessa "empresa" desleixada, pois esperei mais de 2 horas no terminal rodoviário de Belém um ônibus precário com destino a Marabá, o motorista parava por qualquer besteira no caminho, até para embarcar pessoas que não haviam pagado passagem que iam de pé no corredor do ônibus. E não pense que parou por aí não, na minha volta o ônibus atrasou mais de três horas o pneu furou no meio do nada, cheguei super atrasado em Belém para ir ao trabalho com um motorista que também parava em toda a esquina para nada. Esta rota que fiz nesta tal "empresa" sem respeito é a mesma que sempre fiz por outras Empresas e nunca tive problemas, decidi então experimentar viajar por ela e me arrependo amargamente por ter cometido esse grave pecado. NÃO INDICO PARA MINGUÉM, NEM PARA MEU PIOR INIMIGO, NÃO VIAJE POR ESSA "empresa"!!!! Você corre o grande risco de não chegar no seu destino a tempo, e ainda de perder seu Emprego!
Fica aqui a minha total indiginação e insatisfação por um atendiemento porco e péssimo do início ao fim, e é uma pena que uma "empresa" conhecida dessas esteja assim, espero mesmo que tudo isso mude, mas confesso que nem tão cedo voltarei a utilizar de seus serviços, e ainda penso se vale a pena processar esta "empresa" pela advertência grave que levei no trabalho pelo atraso de quase 4 horas de chegada ao meu destino final.

And do not think it stopped there, on my return the bus was more than three hours late, the tire punctured in the middle of nowhere, I arrived very late in Belém to go to work with a driver who also stopped around the corner for nothing. This route that I took in this "company" without respect is the same that I always did for other companies and I never had any problems, so I decided to try traveling through it and I regret bitterly for having committed this serious sin. I DO NOT INDICATE FOR ANYONE, OR MY WORST ENEMY, DO NOT TRAVEL THROUGH THIS "company" !!!! You run the great risk of not reaching your destination in time, and of losing your Job!
Here is my total indigence and dissatisfaction with a poor and hog service from start to finish, and it is a pity that a "company" known to be like this, I really hope that all of that changes, but I confess that I will not be using it again anytime soon. its services, and I still think if it is worth suing this "company" for the serious warning I took at work for the delay of almost 4 hours of arrival at my final destination.
