★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma viagem no dia 21/12 de Parauapebas até Belém, e simplesmente não havia água no ônibus. Um absurdo, uma viagem de 12h sem água, e ainda o banheiro não possuia papel, lenço ou sequer iluminação. Tive que comprar água do meu bolso e quando questionei sobre água no terminal de Marabá fui tratado rudemente, a pessoa simplesmente me falou "vai sem água mesmo". Então deixo um aviso, os serviços dessa companhia são péssimos, se puderem evitar, o façam.
 I made a trip on December 21st from Parauapebas to Belém, and there was simply no water on the bus. It was absurd, a 12-hour trip without water, and the bathroom still had no paper, tissue or even lighting. I had to buy water from my pocket and when I asked about water at the Marabá terminal, I was treated rudely, the person simply said "go without water". So I leave a warning, the services of this company are terrible, if you can avoid it, do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo mês preciso utilizar a linha Belém Marudá, e está uma negação o serviço, todas as viagens os onibus sempre, repito, sempre com problema. Agora mesmo, estamos parados, no meio da BR, esperando o proximo onibus da empresa que só vai passar 18:00 HORAS, sendo que a esse horário ja estariamos chegando no destino,pois saimos (já com atraso) às 12:40.
Aos usuários que bucam avaliação: NÃO RECOMENDO, busquem outras alternativas.
Every month I need to use the Belém Marudá line, and there is a denial of service, all trips the buses always, I repeat, always in trouble. Right now, we are standing in the middle of the BR, waiting for the next bus of the company that will only pass 18:00 hours, and by this time we would be arriving at the destination, because we left (already late) at 12:40.
For users who bucha rating: DO NOT RECOMMEND, look for other alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa. Vendem ônibus bonito e moderno, quando chega na hora mandam uma lata velha falando que o ônibus quebrou. Tarifa cara e pra variar, uma palhaçada com o cliente. Atrasos e atrasos. Você compra para um horário e o ônibus só vem depois de uma hora. DES-CA-SO total!!!

Comprei passagens online pra um ônibus de 14:15, quando fui me informar se o ônibus já estava a caminho simplesmente o atendente super mal educado informou que nunca existiu esse ônibus, que eu terei que ir num ônibus de 16:30 e em pé, sendo que eu comprei duas poltronas e antecipado. Isso é uma falta de respeito. Quer dizer que o ônibus não existe, mas as passagens a venda existem?!
Lousy company! I bought tickets online for a 14:15 bus, when I went to find out if the bus was on its way simply the super rude attendant informed me that this bus never existed, that I will have to go on a 16:30 bus and standing, being that I bought two seats and in advance. This is disrespectful. You mean the bus doesn't exist, but the tickets for sale exist ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ônibus de Belém pra Redenção quebrou na estrada, mesmo o motorista informando a empresa sobre a péssima condição do veículo, ficamos desamparados.
O ônibus não tem conforto, não tem água no banheiro(por sinal muito fedido), o ar condicionado fica pingando água no passageiro nos deixando molhados, não tem água para beber, não tem internet, não tem carregador de celular. Enfim, nunca mais viajo com essa empresa e não recomendo a ninguém!
The bus from Belém to Redenção broke down on the road, even the driver informing the company about the bad condition of the vehicle, we were helpless.
The bus does not have comfort, there is no water in the bathroom (by the way very stinky), the air conditioning is dripping water on the passenger leaving us wet, no water to drink, no internet, no cell phone charger. Anyway, I never travel with this company again and I do not recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aumento do valor da passagem porém qualidade no transporte diminuiu e muito ônibus no prego, velhos sem manutenção e banheiros piores q d bares, uma verdadeira falta d respeito com os passageiros, somos obrigados a viajar nessas condições pois em muitas localidades essa é a única empresa d transporte.
Dia da viagem:16 de janeiro
Horário : creio q era umas 16:00 h mas o horário na passagem está as 15:00 pois esse ônibus q peguei estava atrasado e veio d Maruda a cobradora ainda informou q o msm teve q pegar passageiros em Curuçá.
Peguei o ônibus no km50 com destino a Belém

Time: I think it was around 4:00 pm but the ticket time is at 3:00 pm because this bus I took was late and came from Maruda, the collector also informed that the same had to pick up passengers in Curuçá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda vez que utilizo o serviço da empresa e é a segunda vez que eu me arrependo. A empresa simolsimples não respeita o consumidor. O ônibus para por cerca 20-30 minutos em cada cidade porque o motorista tenta negociar passagens com as pessoas pelo caminho. O ônibus está cheio e continua entrando gente. Há diversos passageiros em pé, um perigo para a segurança. O motorista além de encher o bolso com overbook, coloca musimú alta atrapalhando o sossego de quem senta nas primeiras poltronas. Tudo isso sem falar do estado em que se encontra o banheiro, inutilizável, fedido. Última vez que contrato esse serviço, outras pessoas da minha família também se arrependeram quando utilizaram. Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ônibus horrível, imundo, velho, nada presta, cadeiras quebradas, cintos de segurança não prestando, incrível como uma empresa dessa ainda presta serviço, não oferece qualquer segurança para os passageiros, aí eu pergunto, cadê a fiscalização que não observa isso??. Muitas pessoas vão em pé na viagem, um absurdo, se houver um acidente todo mundo morre, não recomendo a ninguém viagem por essa empresa.
Horrible, filthy, old bus, nothing good, broken chairs, not wearing safety belts, incredible how a company like this still provides service, does not offer any security for passengers, then I ask, where's the inspection that doesn't observe that ??. Many people go on foot on the trip, absurd, if there is an accident everyone dies, I do not recommend anyone to travel by this company.
