★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, peguei um motorista ruim despreparado, não teve aula de direção defensiva fazia retorno no meio da rodovia pra buscar passageiro que esqueceu. Agenciador horrível, tina 2 passageiros pra embarcar é não o fez, fazendo o motorista retornar à viagem pra ir buscar. Resumo foi minha pior viagem, isso na ida.
Volta, estava tudo tranquilo! Até o motorista parar pra janta, depois de 1h parado veio informar que o carro quebrou, como o carro quebra parado? Não sei... aí veio a troca de ônibus, compramos a passagem pra viajar no leito eles me manda um convencional absurdo, aí fala pra vc ir lá pedir reembolso, resumo... empresa não valoriza o cliente. Espero não viajar nunca mais.
Horrible, I caught an unprepared bad driver, there was no defensive driving class, I returned in the middle of the highway to pick up a passenger who had forgotten. Horrible agent, he had 2 passengers to board and he didn't, making the driver return to the trip to pick him up. Summary was my worst trip, this on the way.
Come back, everything was quiet! Until the driver stopped for dinner, after 1h stopped, he came to inform that the car broke down, how does the car break down when it's stopped? I don't know... then the exchange of buses came, we bought the ticket to travel in bed they send me a conventional nonsense, then they tell you to go there and ask for a refund, in short... the company does not value the customer. I hope I never travel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou numa viagem de Fortaleza para Aracaju em ônibus leito e não tem nenhuma entrada USB para recarregar celular. Essa viagem leva 23 horas. O sinal de wi-fi do ônibus é bem ruim e ficarei sem comunicação nenhuma pq a empresa não se atenta as necessidades dos usuários, só ao preço altíssimo da passagem.
I am traveling from Fortaleza to Aracaju in a sleeper bus and there is no USB port to recharge my cell phone. This trip takes 23 hours. The bus's wi-fi signal is very bad and I will be without any communication because the company does not pay attention to the needs of users, only the very high price of the ticket.
