★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma máquina de lavar roupas na Casas Bahia pra minha mãe, hoje foram entregar, bateram com a máquina no chão, e ainda por cima, motorista não entendeu o que minha mãe estava falando pra ele, que tinha escada pra subir, ele entendeu que ela estava reclamando e foi super desrespeitoso com ela, já uma idosa de 69 anos, mandando ela tomar naquele lugar.
Infelizmente ela não pegou a placa do carro que fez a entrega.
Falta de profissionalismo e muita falta de respeito.
Deixando claro que isso foi o motorista.
I bought a washing machine at Casas Bahia for my mother, today they went to deliver it, they hit the floor with the machine, and on top of that, the driver did not understand what my mother was saying to him, that he had stairs to climb, he understood that she was complaining and was super disrespectful to her, already a 69 year old, ordering her to be taken in that place.
Unfortunately, she didn't take the license plate from the car that made the delivery.
Lack of professionalism and a lot of lack of respect.
Making it clear that this was the driver.

Desceu a ladeira pela ciclovia tirando fina, quebrado as árvores e ainda estacionou na ciclovia. ?
Péssimo exemplo.
Música alta na boleia e zero de atenção e respeito no trânsito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência com a Expresso M.A além do atraso não sabem lidar com os clientes com educação e prestabilidade. Sugiro aos diretores da empresa uma avaliação urgente da maneira que vem sendo feito o trabalho de vocês ! Põe ordem aí na bagaça meu fiooooo ?
Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with Expresso M.A, besides the delay, they don't know how to deal with customers with politeness and helpfulness. I suggest to the company's directors an urgent evaluation of the way your work is being done! Put order there in the bagaça my fiooooo ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa diz que esteve no local e nada pois a mesma tem câmera, prometeram entrega p dia 26 e depois mudaram para dia 28 e nada, liguei para empresa que compre q foi Leroy Merlim onde reportei a reclamação, me disseram que entregariam dia 29 e de prontidão esperamos das 8h as 18:05 e nada ate o momento o produto não foi entregue. Detalhe e uma Igreja e também tem papel informando que umas das membras da igreja mora em frente e tel para contato caso cheguem fora do horário comercial

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de um produto pela Leroy Merlyn e a transportadora informou que o produto seria entregue no dia 21/04. Minha mãe deixou de trabalhar nesse dia para receber, porem não entregaram.
No dia 22/04 o motorista da transportadora me ligou dizendo que estava há 15min da minha residencia para realizar a entrega. A unica pessoa que estava em casa para receber era a minha irmã de 11 anos, então pedi para que um vizinho a acompanhasse no momento da entrega. Eles precisaram retirar a porta para passar o produto e na hora de irem embora disseram que não colocariam a porta no lugar pois perderiam tempo. Se não fosse por esse vizinho minha irmã teria ficado sozinha em casa com a porta fora do lugar!
Na minha opinião esse pessoal não tem noção da irresponsabilidade que cometeu, fora a desorganização da empresa!!!
I purchased a product from Leroy Merlyn and the carrier informed me that the product would be delivered on 04/21. My mother stopped working that day to receive, but they did not deliver.
On 04/22, the carrier's driver called me saying that he was 15 minutes away from my residence to deliver. The only person who was at home to receive it was my 11-year-old sister, so I asked a neighbor to accompany her at the time of delivery. They had to remove the door to pass the product and when they left they said they would not put the door in place because they would waste time. If it weren't for this neighbor, my sister would have been alone at home with the door out of place!
In my opinion, these people have no idea of the irresponsibility they committed, apart from the disorganization of the company!!!
