Estive em um dia em que a loja estava vazia, três funcionárias batendo papo, pedi um lanche de peito de peru que só tem na versão fria, perguntei se poderiam aquecer um pouco a resposta foi não é continuaram a papear. Perguntei o motivo, a resposta foi que só faziam outro tipo quente.
Apenas mais uma cafeteria, sem destaque ou algo que faça o cliente sentir se diferenciado
Company doesn't know how to delight its customers,
I was on a day when the store was empty, three employees chatting, I ordered a turkey breast snack that only has the cold version, asked if they could warm up a bit the answer was no is continued chatting. I asked why, the answer was that they were just another hot guy.
Just another cafeteria, no highlight or something that makes the customer feel different

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento caiu muito nesse local, gerente fica batendo papo e esquece dos clientes. Vou nesse café há mais de 5 anos, algumas atendentes são mal humoradas e grosseiras. Outras atendem super bem. Só recomendo pelo produtos, pq o atendimento caiu demais, demais mesmo. Não é a toa que a loja tá quase falindo, reciclagem com os funcionários seria bom para aprender a atender os clientes de forma correta, pq ninguém está pedindo nada de graça.
Service dropped a lot in this place, manager is chatting and forgets customers. I have been in this cafe for over 5 years, some attendants are grumpy and rude. Others serve very well. I only recommend it for the products, because the service dropped too much, really. No wonder the store is almost going broke, retraining with employees would be good to learn to serve customers correctly, because nobody is asking for anything for free.

Não sei o horário exatamente que fecha ,porém de portas abertas o funcionário tem que atender
E como meu filho estava com cede, pedi para ela a água sem gelo
A atendende simplesmente,me disse que estava fechado já ,fiquei surpresa e perguntei se não podia vender apenas uma água , ela disse que tinha bebedouro lá fora
Um absurdo não existe mais atendimento como antigamente, depois o povo fica desempregado e pergunta porque será ,se quando tem ,não dá valor

The attendant simply told me it was closed now, I was surprised and asked if she couldn't sell just a water, she said there was a drinking fountain outside
It is absurd that there is no more service like in the past, then the people are unemployed and ask why it will be, if when they have it, they don't appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só vou no período da noite, por volta das 20h, as duas moças que trabalham lá são sempre muito simpáticas e atenciosas, uma delas já sabe quase de cor o pedido que eu e meus pais fazemos de polpa batida com leite, é o tipo de atendimento acolhedor. Além do destaque aos salgados que são muito gostosos e de qualidade, boa variedade de sabores e fresquinhos. Tudo bem limpinho e organizado. Somos clientes há anos e ao ir no Leroy essa cafeteira é uma parada certa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem coisa melhor do que vir até aqui para fazer compras mas antes dar uma passadinha no Expresso Pão de Queijo. Salgados sempre saborosos e atendimento sempre atencioso. Recomendo o combo: pão de queijo, coxinha e um chocolate bem geladinho! Não vai se arrepender!
