★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 ano e dois meses depois, estou sem o documento do carro até hoje, abri diversos chamados no Detran e todos falam que o problema é com o leiloeiro que não mandou planilha. Tive que gastar 2 mil com advogado pra entrar com uma ação. Peço que se o problema for realmente do leilão, que se resolva, pois até então entramos com a ação contra o estado. Acredito que seria dever da Sato leilões correr atrás do Detran pra resolver isso e não eu, tendo que pagar advogado, pra poder resolver. Vcs tem meu número de telefone. A placa do carro EQM3396

Já tirei minhas conclusões Sato pulem fora. Comprando um veículo em loja q fornece garantia e tudo mais as vezes já temos problemas imagina de leilão. A única garantia q vai ter é do fumo entrando sem dó..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sato saia fora o pior leilão de são Paulo comprei uma moto em abril de 2021 até hje fevereiro de 2022 não deram baixa nas multas que constava resumindo 1 ano e meu dinheiro parado sem saber quando eles vai resolver ,não presta esse Leilão ,compro carro e moto vários leilão e todos são bom ,mais o Sato não aconselho ninguém investir seu dinheiro, agora pede pra entrar em contato e fala que atendimento só por e-mail para com isso e resolve o problemas dos clientes
Sato get out of the worst auction in São Paulo I bought a motorcycle in April 2021 until today February 2022 they didn't write off the fines that were summarizing 1 year and my money stopped without knowing when they will solve, this auction sucks, I buy a car and motorcycle several auctions and all are good, but Sato does not advise anyone to invest their money, now he asks to get in touch and says that service only by email stops this and solves customer problems

Terrible, irresponsible, with no commitment to the consumer when you buy it the other day they are charging you now to deliver the vehicle with the documentation takes months or years, run this Sato so you don't have a headache

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse é um dos piores leilões de São Paulo nunca mais compro carro nele comprei um carro em outubro de 2021 até hoje não saiu a documentação parece uma brincadeira de mau gosto mas não é verdade e detalhe parece que pelo jeito que tá indo as coisas eu acho que eu não vou ter mais nem esse documento mais viu por isso vocês que for comprar carro fica atento que até hoje eu nunca vi um leiloeiro leiloar um carro sem ter data prevista para entregar a documentação fala que é 30 dias já vai quase fazer 8 meses e meio e até agora nada
This is one of the worst auctions in São Paulo I never buy a car from it again I bought a car in October 2021 until today the documentation doesn't come out it seems like a bad joke but it's not true and the detail looks like the way things are going I think that I won't even have this document anymore, so you who are going to buy a car be aware that until today I have never seen an auctioneer auction a car without having a scheduled date to deliver the documentation says it's 30 days it's almost been 8 months and a half and so far nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapaz, este Leilão estava dentro da minha lista para iniciar no ramo, mas ainda bem que li os comentários.
Pelo visto as maiores reclamações são em multas não quitadas e demora na entrega dos documentos.
Por ser situações recorrentes como pode ser visto, sinal que eles não se preocupam em evoluir.
São bons para cobrar, mas ruins para cumprir com o ofertado.
Tô fora!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse voltar atrás e não comprar carros nessa empresa, certamente voltaria no tempo. Hoje 27/01 faz 4 meses que comprei um veículo da Sato Leilões e até a presente data não tenho o veículo em meu nome. Apareceu R$ 1.700 de multas, a empresa foi notificado por e-mail no dia 03/12, e assim eles pagando daria sequência na transferência, mas não foi feito a quitação dos débitos e tive que tirar do meu bolso para que conseguisse colocar o carro em meu nome. Diante de todo transtorno, NÃO RECOMENDO essa empresa!
If I could go back and not buy cars from this company, I would certainly go back in time. Today 27/01 it's been 4 months since I bought a vehicle from Sato Leilões and to date I don't have the vehicle in my name. R$ 1,700 of fines appeared, the company was notified by email on 12/03, and so they would proceed with the transfer, but the debts were not paid and I had to take it out of my pocket so that I could put the car in my name. In the face of all inconvenience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!
