★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi contratado ônibus da Transmar para BH vindo de Vitória. Ônibus sem ar condicionado. Parou na garagem da águia branca pra consertar. Um atraso enorme na viagem. Péssima empresa! Não viagem de BH pra Vitória ou vice versa, empresas de ônibus uma pior que a outra!
Bus was contracted from Transmar to BH coming from Vitoria. Buses without air conditioning. He stopped in the white eagle's garage to repair. A huge delay in the trip. Terrible company! No trip from BH to Vitoria or vice versa, bus companies one worse than the other!

Sou portador de deficiência física ( pcd ), o funcionário me forneceu uma passagem de ônibus convencional poltrona 6 perto da porta, quando fui embarcar era um ônibus de 2 andares com uma escada gigantesca e a poltrona 6 no andar de cima. Nenhum funcionário se dispôs a me ajudar subir. Precisei contar com a ajuda de outros passageiros. Pior empresa de ônibus que viajei em toda a minha vida.
Horrible. Total lack of respect. I am physically handicapped (pcd), the clerk provided me with a conventional armchair 6 bus ticket near the door, when I boarded it was a 2 story bus with a giant ladder and the 6th armchair upstairs. No employee was willing to help me up. I had to rely on the help of other passengers. Worst bus company I've ever traveled in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presta péssimo serviço, o ônibus chega atrasado. Viajei em um ônibus executivo que não possuía água mineral. Quando você liga para empresa demora muito tempo para atender, te deixam na secretária eletrônica até você desistir.
It provides bad service, the bus arrives late. I traveled on an executive bus that did not have mineral water. When you call the company it takes a long time to answer, they leave you on the answering machine until you give up.
