★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou muito arrependido de ter comprado um óculos de grau, primeiro fizeram uma avaliação de grau completamente errado, tive que fazer outro exame e depois me deram um prazo que pegar o óculos e quando cheguei na ótica no prazo estipulado por eles o óculos ainda não estava pronto, gostaria muito de cancelar a compra e receber o que paguei de volta, nunca mais compro nessa ótica.
 I am very sorry that I bought prescription glasses, first they made a completely wrong evaluation, I had to do another exam and then they gave me a deadline to get the glasses and when I arrived at the optician within the deadline stipulated by them, the glasses were not yet ready, I would very much like to cancel the purchase and receive what I paid back, I will never buy from this optic again.
