★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida pelo gerente John, resolveu um pequeno ocorrido com minha armação, com muita gentileza e profissionalismo, já sou cliente mais depois desse atendimento, gostei muito mais , principalmente pelo respeito ao cliente, pq problemas podem acontecer mais o importante ter um Profissional a frente para resolver, vou pegar meu óculos no dia 12/05 e tenho certeza q ficará maravilhoso… e em especial tb qro agradecer a funcionária q sempre me atendeu a Geovanna ela é muito gentil educada, atenciosa … enfim que pessoa incrível q faz a diferença!!! Obrigada pelo excelente atendimento!!!!
I was very well attended by the manager John, he solved a small problem with my frame, with great kindness and professionalism, I am already a customer more after this service, I liked it a lot more, mainly because of the respect for the customer, because problems can happen but the important thing is to have a Professional ahead to solve it, I'll get my glasses on the 12/05th and I'm sure it will be wonderful... and in particular I also want to thank the employee who always attended to me, Geovanna, she is very kind, polite, attentive... in short, what an amazing person who does the difference!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não era pra ter nenhuma estrela,mas darei e 1 estrela pois não posta se não clicar em nenhuma .A vendedora fez propaganda enganosa comigo e com meu esposo.No início da venda ,a vendedora toda simpática me disse que cobria qualquer tipo de risco na lente de óculos pois eu podia ficar despreocupada pois a garantia cobre e eu não teria que nem discutir .Eu expliquei o motivo de tudo o devido eu não ter feito mas na loja de óculos neo do shopping do coração .
. Então se repetiu novamente,na hora que precisei 2 óculos estão riscado então levei até a loja sendo que comprei 3 óculos e foram pago a vista .Disse que um óculos o risco foi leve então tem concerto a garantia cobre e o outro não tem jeito pois o risco atingiu sei lá o que foi profundo algo do tipo.Entao fica a troca no valor de 105,00 eu virei e disse o que ??? Na hora que comprei eu perguntei já pra não ter esse tipo de problema pra não discutir você me vira e diz que não tem e ainda irá me cobrar poxa ficamos chateado com a propaganda enganosa então fala a vdd não , não cobrimos caso for esse tipo de risco mas fez eu tirar 3 óculos e pagos a vista pra na hora dizer que não cobre a garantia não cobre então vocês me enganou e ainda escondeu que era a mesma rede se eu soubesse tinha ido embora pois eu já saberia que eu ia ter dor de cabeça, mas a rede pode ser a mesma o que muda é as pessoas ou seja vendedor e etc... Fiquei mais chateada se eu soubesse eu disse pra a vendedora eu tinha ido embora no mesmo dia pq eu já saberia que isso ia se repitir.Foi para analisar então não era de se esperar me cobraram a questão não foi o valor e sim a mentira propaganda enganosa pra vender foi simpáticos e cobria qualquer tipo de risco eu não teria dor de cabeça e hoje não tem como a garantia não cobre.
Se falasse que não cobria desde o início e explicado era uma coisa ,mas cobria sim risco leve ou fundo cobria qualquer tipo de risco na lentes dos óculos porisso eu tirei.Agora é simples posso pagar pra enviar pra fazer mas não voltarei mas pela propaganda enganosa ,pela mentira pra quem pagar 3 óculos a vista não tinha como não pagar 105,00 em uma lente de óculos pois não questão do dinheiro e sim a falta de ética e respeito com o cliente propaganda enganosa ou seja mentiu pra poder vender os óculos absurdo estamos muito chateado com a loja de ótica do centro de SBC dá Marechal Deodoro (S.P).
It wasn't supposed to have any stars, but I'll give it 1 star because I don't post if I don't click on any. The seller made false advertising with me and my husband. eyeglasses lens because I could be carefree because the warranty covers it and I wouldn't even have to argue.
. So it was repeated again, when I needed 2 glasses they are scratched so I took them to the store and I bought 3 glasses and they were paid for in cash. I said that one glasses the scratch was slight so the warranty has a fix and the other is no way because the risk reached I don't know what was deep something like that. So the exchange is worth 105.00 I turned around and said what ??? At the time I bought it I asked already not to have this kind of problem so I don't argue you turn me around and say you don't have it and you'll still charge me hey we're upset with the false advertising so tell me no, we don't cover it if it's this type of risk but it made me take off 3 glasses and I paid for it at the time to say that it doesn't cover the warranty it doesn't cover it so you tricked me and even hid that it was the same network if I knew it would have gone away because I would already know I was going to have a headache head, but the network can be the same, what changes is the people, that is, the salesperson and etc... I would be more upset if I knew I told the saleswoman I had left on the same day because I would already know that this would happen again .It was to be analyzed so it was not to be expected they charged me the issue was not the value but the lie false advertising to sell it was friendly and covered any kind of risk I would not have a headache and today there is no way the warranty does not cover it.
If I said that it didn't cover from the beginning and explained it was one thing, but it did cover a slight scratch or background, it would cover any kind of scratch on the lenses of the glasses so I took it off. , for the lie for those who pay for 3 glasses at sight, there was no way not to pay 105.00 on a glasses lens because it is not a question of money, but the lack of ethics and respect for the customer, false advertising, that is, lied to be able to sell the absurd glasses we are very upset with the optics shop of the center of SBC gives Marechal Deodoro (S.P).
