★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa que trabalhei na minha vida todos os vigilantes que iniciaram quando a f11 reabriu se sentiam acoados, pois tudo era advertência, não podia ficar conversando com ninguém, o gestor reclamava até quando nosso pagamento caia errado se fossemos questionar era motivo para ficarem no nosso pé, a PL que eles não pagavam pra gente nem deram satisfação, simplesmente fizeram agente assinar nem tirar cópia podíamos..porque era motivo de assédio moral..me arrependo de não ter processado..mas se conversarem com qlq vigilante que saiu de lá eles vão dizer a mesma coisa..parece que tirei um peso nas costas.. ditadura e os que elogiam é pq foram beneficiados pelo gestor por serem AMIGOS muito injusto
Worst company that I worked in my life, all the security guards who started when f11 reopened felt housed, because everything was a warning, I couldn't talk to anyone, the manager complained even when our payment went wrong if we were to question it was a reason to stay in ours On foot, the PL that they didn’t pay us or give satisfaction, they simply made us sign or copy we could..because it was a reason for moral harassment..I regret not having sued..but if they talk to any vigilant qlq who left there they will say the same thing..it seems to have put a weight on my back .. dictatorship and those who praise is because they were benefited by the manager for being very unfair FRIENDS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A melhor empresa que trabalhei até o momento, isso porque já trabalhei em grandes empresas(Graber, Gocil, Verzani e Sandrini, etc.) no ramo da segurança.
Empresa onde assim como as demais, eu me destaquei e abracei as oportunidades, me dedico cada dia a mais, haja visto que faço o que sempre gostei. A F-11 diferente das demais, trata todos os seus colaboradores desde o auxiliar de limpeza ao gerente com o mesmo respeito e atenção.
Nas outras concorrentes, o inspetor que era o cargo mais inferior na empresa, mal dava bom dia aos seus vigilantes, aqui na F-11, já vi inúmeras vezes o diretor conversando com o vigilante, isso eu não vi em nenhuma outra da concorrência.
Agradeço a direção por apostar em mim e sempre serei grato a todos os colaboradores da F-11 Segurança e Facilieties e F-11 Facilieties por fazerem essa empresa andar, estamos juntos.
The best company I've worked with so far, that's because I've worked in large companies (Graber, Gocil, Verzani and Sandrini, etc.) in the security field.
A company where, like the others, I stood out and embraced the opportunities, I dedicate myself more each day, since I do what I always liked. The F-11, different from the others, treats all its employees from the cleaning assistant to the manager with the same respect and attention.
In the other competitors, the inspector who was the lowest position in the company, barely said good morning to his guards, here at F-11, I have seen the director talking to the guard numerous times, this I have not seen in any other competition.
I thank the management for betting on me and I will always be grateful to all the employees of F-11 Segurança e Facilieties and F-11 Facilieties for making this company go, we are together.
