Eu perguntei sobre qual valor para trocar a bateria do meu celular: R$ 200 só para executar este serviço simples (sem contar o preço da bateria) que para uma assistência técnica especializada deveria ser corriqueiro. Quando me manifestei surpreso pelo valor, a atitude foi aquela do tipo "se quiser o preço é esse, se não procure outra..."
Pois bem, procurei outra na mesma avenida que me cobrou R$ 50 pelo mesmo serviço e ficou excelente.
Não recomendo nem pra meu inimigo...
Service of dubious quality, almost with contempt for the customer. I asked what amount to change the battery of my cell phone: R $ 200 just to perform this simple service (not counting the price of the battery) which for a specialized technical assistance should be commonplace. When I was surprised by the value, the attitude was that of "if you want the price is this, if you don't look for another one ..."
Well, I looked for another one on the same avenue that charged me R $ 50 for the same service and it was excellent.
I don't even recommend it to my enemy ...

Fomos atendidos de forma cordial e simples, mas sem ficarmos com qualquer dúvidas possíveis. Local de fácil acesso e estacionamento com vagas livres. Houve boa rapidez no diagnóstico e na execução do reparo. O preço nos parece salgado, mas estamos falando da linha Apple, logo, acabamos aceitando.

There was good speed in the diagnosis and in the execution of the repair. The price seems high, but we're talking about the Apple line, so we ended up accepting it.

Preços bem abaixo das demais oficinas , e peças originais e serviço tecnico especializado de qualidade (técnico consertou na minha frente tela de iphone em 15 minutos, como todos devidos cuidados). Best IPhone workshop in Greater Sao Paulo. Prompt service. Professional, respectful, answer all calls and instruct. Cares about serving the customer (I arrived after the agreed time and the technician answered immediately). Prices well below the other workshops, and original parts and specialized technical service of quality (technician repaired in front of me iphone screen in 15 minutes, as all due care). It also fixes other brands besides I phone. I became a representative of the workshop, I recommend professionalism, size, speed, price and quality to everyone. Very satisfied.
