★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível! O dono do local que se chama Leonardo é super grosseiro e mal educado. Tem má vontade de atender e de explicar as coisas... Levei meu laptop com defeito para ser consertado, mas, a falta de vontade de querer resolver meu problema até me desanimou. Ainda cobrou o dobro do preço pelo serviço, pois, fui em outra assistência técnica e o profissional que me atendeu cobrou a metade do preço e ainda me disse que eu seria "roubada" pelo Leonardo... Não recomendo a ninguém ir neste lugar!
Horrible service! The owner of the place called Leonardo is super rude and rude. He has an unwillingness to answer and explain things... I took my defective laptop to be fixed, but the unwillingness to solve my problem even discouraged me. He still charged double the price for the service, because I went to another technical assistance and the professional who attended me charged half the price and even told me that I would be "stolen" by Leonardo... I don't recommend anyone to go to this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Precisei fazer impressão, mas, o sr. Leonardo junto com um outro cara, se preocuparam mais em ficar batendo papo e falarem de salgados do que de me atender. Precisei de ajuda para imprimir um arquivo, meu pendrive foi infectado com vírus e o mesmo se fez de desentendido e com má vontade para atender. Acho que está mais preocupado em consertar computadores do que para serviços simples como imprimir um documento. Nunca mais volto e não recomendo a ninguém.
Terrible attendance. I had to make an impression, but, mr. Leonardo, together with another guy, were more concerned with chatting and talking about snacks than with answering me. I needed help to print a file, my pendrive was infected with viruses and the same was done with a misunderstanding and unwillingness to attend. I think you're more concerned with fixing computers than with simple services like printing a document. I will never return and do not recommend it to anyone.

Comprei um teclado, long tec n havia um na loja ficaram de me entregar direto me minha casa. Cometi o erro de não pedi para ver o modelo do teclado, pois sei que tudo da marca long tec e de gualidade, porem pelo valor cobrado no kit teclado e mause q foi mais de 200 reais achei que viria um teclado padrão, porem ao receber o kit veio o teclado no formato pequeno slim, com valor de mercado medio de 150 reais. Frustrado liquei pra empresa que so deu pretestos e tento justificar a venda e o lavor disendo q outro teclado so teria mais borda, o que n e verdade um teclado padrão tem o teclado numero e as teclas como del home end destacados do teclado alfanumerico. sabendo q EU ERREI AO CONFIAR no vendedor e n pedi para ver o modelo, desisti de tentar argumentar, pois fico claro que n havia nenhuma boa vontade em tentar resolver o impase, fico no prejuizo porem perderam mais que um cliente.

I bought a keyboard, long tec n there was one in the store they were to deliver me directly to my house. I made the mistake of not asking to see the model of the keyboard, because I know that all of the long tec brand and of equality, however for the amount charged in the keyboard kit and mause q was more than 200 reais I thought a standard keyboard would come, however when receiving the kit came with the keyboard in a small slim format, with an average market value of 150 reais. Frustrated, I clicked for the company that only gave pretenses and I try to justify the sale and the disagreement that another keyboard would only have more edge, which is not true a standard keyboard has the number keyboard and the keys like the home end detached from the alphanumeric keyboard. knowing q I WAS MUCH TRUSTING the seller and didn’t ask to see the model, I gave up trying to argue, because it’s clear that there was no goodwill in trying to resolve the impase, I’m in the loss but they lost more than one customer.

É típico da concorrência desleal . Atendimento excelente, objetivo e de confiança. Super indico a f5 informática! Tudo que você precisa em manutenção de laptops, computadores, hardware e softwares vc encontra lá.
I loved the service, I had passed the competitor on the same street, in addition to the prices being higher, I asked if there was another store in the neighborhood and the same did not indicate anyone. It is typical of unfair competition. Excellent, objective and reliable service. I highly recommend the f5 informatics! Everything you need in laptops, computers, hardware and software maintenance you find there.
