★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui as 21 30 e o Atendente se recusou a imprimir pq disse que tinha fechado o caixa mesmo a loja fechando as 22hs o funcionário a fechou as 21:30 e ficou com fone de ouvido até dar seu horário. Pouco se importando mesmo eu solicitando dizendo a importância do documento.
I went to 21 30 and the clerk refused to print because he said he had closed the checkout even though the store closed at 10 pm the employee closed it at 9:30 pm and stayed with a headset until he gave his time. I don't even care if I ask saying the importance of the document.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja 2 minutos após o fechamento para imprimir um documento de extrema importância para uma vaga de emprego e a pessoa que estava no atendimento super arrogante se negou a me ajudar. Sei que ele tem o direito de não atender pois quando cheguei a loja tinha acabado de fechar mesmo que ainda estivesse tudo ligado e com as portas abertas, mas um pouco de empatia e educação não faz mal a ninguém.
I was in the store 2 minutes after closing to print a document of extreme importance for a job vacancy and the person who was in the super arrogant customer service refused to help me. I know he has the right not to answer because when I arrived the store had just closed even if everything was still on and the doors were open, but a little empathy and politeness doesn't hurt anyone.
