Péssima experiência, esperar dois apenas por um orçamento imagina o tanto de tempo q esperaria pelo produto final. Perdeu a oportunidade de fidelizar um cliente e se o atendimento for assim com todos chega um tempo em que empresas, mesmo q pequenas, perdem não só um mais todos e uma empresa sem cliente não e Nada. ?
Horrible service, no professionalism or replying to messages via whatsapp, look, I waited almost two days for an answer regarding a budget, I don't recommend it. Bad experience, waiting two just for a budget imagine how much time q would wait for the final product. Missed the opportunity to retain a customer and if the service is like that with everyone there comes a time when companies, even small q, lose not only one more and a company without a customer is nothing. ?
