★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi das mais agradáveis, a qualidade do serviço deixou a desejar, antes de fechar o pedido o atendimento foi ótimo, após fechamento e pagamento do mesmo as respostas foram ficando cada vez mais demoradas, perguntas visualizadas, porém sem respostas, a promessa de entrega em 5 dias foi ficando cada vez mais distante.
Procurei a Gráfica KFS após lê os comentários, só não reparei que a mesma só responde a quem elogia, isso não é um bom sinal, a próxima vez que eu for contratar um serviço levando em conta as avaliações, ficarei atenta a este pequeno detalhe que diz muito a respeito da Empresa.
Ainda irei procurar os serviços de vocês mais uma vez, sou teimosa.
My experience was not the most pleasant, the quality of the service left something to be desired, before closing the order, the service was great, after closing and paying for it, the answers took longer and longer, questions viewed, but no answers, the promise delivery in 5 days was getting further and further away.
I looked for KFS Gráfica after reading the comments, I just didn't notice that it only responds to those who praise, that's not a good sign, the next time I hire a service taking into account the evaluations, I'll pay attention to this small detail that says a lot about the Company.
I will still seek your services one more time, I am stubborn.
