Sem um alinhamento feito pelo vendedor Artur, recebi a entrega, onde nao fui informado, que os serviços de descarga do ferro tinha sido excluído, e era por conta do comprador . A obra estava sem o time de pedreiros. Tive que descarregar parte dos ferros, ate a chegada de 2 pessoas para ajudar. O motorista ficou sentado olhando, nao retirou 1 ferro das 3 toneladas que havia. Nao deram nenhuma solução, simplismente falaram "desculpe", e mais nada. UMA vergonha pelo tamanho da compra que fiz e falta de preparo do time comercial e atendimento ao cliente. NAO RECOMENDO mais essa empresa. busquem alternativas, pois quem contratar e tiver problema, nao terá assistência.
I bought 3 tons of iron, almost 27 thousand reais in investment. The work was without the team of bricklayers. I had to unload part of the irons, until the arrival of 2 people to help. The driver sat watching, he didn't remove 1 iron from the 3 tons there was. They didn't give any solution, they simply said "sorry", and nothing else. A shame for the size of the purchase I made and the lack of preparation of the sales team and customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company anymore. look for alternatives, because whoever hires and has a problem, will not have assistance.

No momento da compra de (20x telas 15x15 Mais 4 kilos de arame,) solicitei junto a vendedora Tamara, um Veículo de porte Leve e Médio. porem na dia da entrega enviaram um CAMINHÃO TRUCADO C/ Motorista sem Ajudante. Largaram o meu material na rua!!! por isso não recomendo a FA_AÇO Itapevi.

At the time of purchase (20x 15x15 canvases Plus 4 kilos of wire) I requested from the seller Tamara, a Light and Medium-sized Vehicle. but on the day of delivery they sent a TRUCKED TRUCK W/ Driver without Assistant.
