Talvez o atendimento presencial funcione a contento, mas posso assegurar por experiência própria que é uma das piores empresas no que se refere a E-commerce. Simplesmente não existe um pós-venda, não existe resposta, não existe apoio ao cliente, não existe respeito ao cliente, não existe ética comercial. Dito isso, boa sorte aos clientes menos exigentes!
This company also sells through the Free Market and I can guarantee: the service is of very poor quality - as much as the products. Perhaps the face-to-face service works well, but I can assure you from experience that it is one of the worst companies in terms of E-commerce. There is simply no after-sales, no answer, no customer support, no respect for the customer, no business ethics. That said, good luck to less demanding customers!
