★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando 1 estrela por que como cliente fui bem atendido, mas como entregador vive uma má experiências, ao chegar para coletar o pedido no estabelecimento localizado no Caruaru shopping fui cordial com a primeira pessoa que me atendeu que também me tratou da mesma forma, porém ao ir próximo o caixa saber sobre o pedido que eu fui destinado a entregar ao ser recebido por um rapaz que ao que parece ser atendente me falou que estava sendo preparado, zero estresse, até por que sou entregador e estou acostumado com isso no dia a dia, pouco depois chegou um rapaz que não sei identificar ele ( qual cargo ocupa) e que por sinal me parece gerente e por sua vez nada cordial, me perguntou sobre o que eu estava esperando, e quando lhe respondi que era o pedido de um aplicativo que eu fui destinado a coletar para a entrega delivery, o mesmo pediu que eu aguardasse fora, eu não sei o critério do seu restaurante, não sei as normas que são aplicadas, mas antes de entregador também sou consumidor do estabelecimento a qual senti um desrespeito muito grande, não pelo fato de precisar aguardar fora, mas pela falta de cordialidade de uma pessoa que talvez seja até o responsável pelos demais funcionários que bem diferente dele sabem tratar as pessoas independente da ocasião, então deixo aqui minha indignação por esses tipos de atitude de qualquer que seja o estabelecimento ou pessoa. Tenha empatia pelas pessoas e não só por quem lhe convém.
 I'm giving 1 star because as a customer I was well served, but as a delivery person he has a bad experience, when I arrived to collect the order at the establishment located in Caruaru shopping I was cordial with the first person who attended me, who also treated me the same way, however when I went to the cashier to know about the order I was destined to deliver when it was received by a guy who apparently was an attendant told me he was being prepared, zero stress, even because I'm a delivery person and I'm used to it on the day One day, a young man arrived, I can't identify him (which position he holds) and who by the way seems to me a manager and in turn not very cordial, asked me what I was waiting for, and when I replied that it was a request for a application that I was destined to collect for delivery delivery, it asked me to wait outside, I do not know the criteria of your restaurant, I do not know the rules that are applied, but before being a delivery person I am also a consumer of establishment which I felt a great disrespect, not because I needed to wait outside, but because of the lack of cordiality of a person who is perhaps even responsible for the other employees who, quite differently from him, know how to treat people regardless of the occasion, so I leave my indignation for these types of attitude of whatever the establishment or person. Empathize with people and not just those who suit you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só dando uma estrela pq não tem como dar zero, o atendimento no iFood é péssimo. Você faz pedido e eles cancelam dizendo que não tem o produto, já enviaram pedido errado e me disseram que iriam me dar crédito equivalente ao que faltou no meu pedido e até hoje nada. Péssimo…

A carne veio no ponto que pedimos , espaguete no molho branco ótimo.
Bom atendimento.
Demora um pouco para sair o prato, mais algo esperado, de um restaurante com cozinha autoral .
Perfect menu.
The meat was cooked to perfection, spaghetti in white sauce was great.
Good service.
It takes a while for the dish to come out, something more expected from a restaurant with signature cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi 4 sanduíches no dia 01/02/22 no Caruaru shopping e o rapaz estava preparando sem máscara e achando pouco ficava cantando. Absurdo!!! Enfim, paguei e não tive coragem de comer. Deveria ter pedido o estorno. Ao chamar sua atenção me mostrou a carteira de vacinação.
I ordered 4 sandwiches on 02/01/22 at Caruaru shopping mall and the guy was preparing it without a mask and thinking it wasn't enough, he kept singing. Absurd!!! Anyway, I paid and didn't have the courage to eat. Should have asked for a refund. Upon calling his attention, he showed me the vaccination card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Atendimento horrível pro preço cobrado. Mas muito ruim mesmo. Tive que cobrar diversas vezes pra vários pratos chegarem. Até um simples café chegou em prestação. São adeptos da horrenda prática de cobrar pelo parquinho infantil no estabelecimento. Ah, ainda pra completar a experiência, o moço que foi limpar a mesa enquanto estávamos lá, puxou um copo com tamanha brutalidade que veio direto na minha esposa, que estava com minha filha no colo, molhando as duas a espatifando o copo em nossos pés. Horrível. Horrível.
Bad experience. Horrible service for the price charged. But really bad. I had to charge several times for several dishes to arrive. Even a simple coffee arrived in installment. They are adept at the horrendous practice of charging for the children's playground at the establishment. Ah, to complete the experience, the guy who was cleaning the table while we were there, pulled a glass with such brutality that it came straight at my wife, who was with my daughter on her lap, wetting both of them and smashing the glass on our feet. . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero fazer uma crítica construtiva. Gosto do ambiente, a comida sempre muito boa, porém o atendimento dos garçons deixa muito a desejar. As duas últimas vezes que estive aí com meu marido, os garçons passam várias vezes por nós e não atendem, dessa última vez mais de 25 minutos esperando e nada. O melhor cliente é aquele que reclama, pois deseja voltar e o atendimento ser melhor. Infelizmente aqui em Caruaru com relação a garçons isso é muito comum, acho que precisam passar por uma boa reciclagem. Quando estou em outras cidades, não tive esse mesmo sentimento. Isso é muito triste pra nossa cidade, você so é atendido bem se conhecer o garçom. Fica a dica.
I want to give constructive criticism. I like the atmosphere, the food is always very good, but the service from the waiters leaves a lot to be desired. The last two times I was there with my husband, the waiters passed by us several times and didn't answer, this last time more than 25 minutes waiting and nothing. The best customer is the one who complains, because he wants to come back and the service will be better. Unfortunately here in Caruaru with regard to waiters this is very common, I think they need to undergo a good recycling. When I'm in other cities, I don't have that same feeling. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estávamos eu e minha família lá no restaurante , solicitamos a vinda do garçom a nossa mesa várias vezes , atendimento horrível somos frequentadores de vários outros restaurantes e esse foi a pior experiência, pior atendimento de caruaru. Assim que ele veio até nós minha esposa na qual ficou ao seu lado sentiu um odor horrível de suor , higiene pessoal passou longe. Por fim para completar toda essa frustração, o rapaz que eu encontrei recolhendo os papéis do banheiro e fazendo a limpeza , estava no setor do bar tirando Chopp!!! Com a mesma roupa e sem luvas manipulando as bebidas ! Um absurdo .
My family and I were there at the restaurant, we asked the waiter to come to our table several times, horrible service we are regulars at several other restaurants and this was the worst experience, worst service in caruaru. As soon as he came to us, my wife, who was next to him, felt a horrible odor of sweat, personal hygiene passed away. Finally, to complete all this frustration, the guy I found collecting the bathroom papers and cleaning, was in the bar sector taking beer!!! With the same clothes and without gloves handling the drinks! An absurdity.
